I bought their plans, nothing works, their API doesn’t even work, and it’s the same for their interface—nothing works. I contacted support, and they gave me a link to another interface. I tried sending emails to two recipients, marked as sent, but nothing was received. The support hasn’t replied for two days despite follow-ups.
This is simply a scam; I’m going to take legal action through my bank.

It's a terrible company. I wrote to it and I'm still waiting for a response. It's been 1 hour. It's a terrible company. I don't recommend it.

as soon as we made payment they ignored us, service is not working at all, simply impossible to use it, they are 100% scammers

Before I say anything, please check out other reviews and reviewers. They are all from US/CA and they all have only 1 review - except all other people that had the same experience as me and gave them 1 star.

Now, lets continue with the review:

I started by reaching out to the seller to ask a few questions. Before purchasing, I had no trouble getting in touch with them via their website chat. But the moment I paid for the plan, they became completely unreachable—no replies via email, website chat, or even BHW messages.

That alone wouldn’t be a deal-breaker if the software actually worked as advertised.

Software:

Software is extremely buggy and unreliable.
It's not too confusing to navigate, but they provide outdated instructions, which made things worse.
Following their own documentation led to errors and misleading results.
Right off the bat, I was getting random error messages when creating campaigns. Some campaigns were marked as "sent" or "delivered," but nothing actually happened.

Deliverability?

They claim 85%+ deliverability. In my experience, every single email I sent landed in the spam folder immediately or never got sent.
I tried everything:
Different subject lines
With/without tracking
Various message formats
With/without unsubscribe links
Nothing worked.

(This was tested primarily to Google Workspace and Gmail accounts)

Support?

No replies via email.
Website chat gave me either blank screen or didn't load at all.
Only after replying to their BHW thread did I finally get an email response a day or two later.
They claimed they “sent me an email,” which I never received (which is kind of on-brand by them).
And even if they did send it, why were they asking me what my issue was... when I already described it in the original email? 🤦

Later, I saw they closed their BHW thread. I thought they stopped selling, since software is obviously not working as intended.
But 8-9 days later they announce they were “on vacation” and had just come back.
So, I decided to give them another shot, hoping something had been fixed while they "were on a vacation".

THE TEST:

I connected old .com domain that I was never used for mailing before.

Here were the test conditions:

No URLs
No images/gifs/videos
No unsubscribe link/header/text
Used spintax + personalized each email

​Sent to 6 of my own emails:
​3 business domains (1 using Google Workspace)
3 Gmail accounts

Also sent the same campaign to Gmass's Deliverability Test & Spam Checker (18 different mailboxes).

THE RESULTS:

My inboxes:
2 emails went to spam
4 were never delivered (not even in spam — like they were never sent)

Gmass:
​0 delivered
Gmass couldn't detect anything at all, again like nothing was ever sent

These results were basically identical to my original tests that I did 2 weeks ago.

So much for "fixing things" during their vacation, well at least they didn't lie about that...

CONCLUSION:

They promised 85%+ deliverability, and I got 0% real results.

Support is terrible, borderline nonexistent.
The team clearly doesn't communicate well with customers, and from my perspective, they’re either lying or massively incompetent.
Which is a massive let down, since they were really competent at answering all of my questions when I wasn't a customer.

Software is buggy and just doesn't do what it is supposed to do.

I’m very close to calling this service a scam.

Save your money. This is one of those "too good to be true" tools that just doesn’t deliver — literally.

Stay away from Labnify Mailer Magic! Don't believe what they claim- all emails I sent went to spam. The reputation of the IP I was assigned was total trash- Sender Score of 12, and I was told no other IP was available. I spent about an hour on chat with questions before purchase and was told everything I wanted to hear. Should have known it was a scam- print function of the chat did not work and I had to use 3 different credit card processors they provided to get my payment to go through (no problem on my end). They didn't get my money though as the credit card processor refunded right away- like they were somehow aware this was a scam. If you read the good reviews here you know they are fake, obviously AI generated- who writes reviews like that? Stay away!

All the reviews are fake here. Software doesnt work. They say you can mail 3k mails a day without coming into spam. They also say you don't need no smtp bla bla bla all bullshit. No warmed up mails, bad condition smtp and that for a big price.

YOU'RE ONLY GETTING AN API. NOTHING ELSE.

DON'T USE THEIR SERVICE- THE FACT THEY DONT PROVIDE REFUNDS SAYS ENOUGH.

Labnify stole over €3,000 in the last 3 days. Via fraudulent direct debits that was still on their system from when I used them 6 months ago. It looks like they are doing this to all past customers. They even deleted my account with them so that I could not check as to what was going on. Beware anyone who have used them in the past to go into your bank and manually remove their direct debits before they take your money too.

Used them in June and wasn’t too bad cost £200 for the month. Cancelled my subscription then all of a sudden £1300 charge months later no warning just taken it out.

I have emails showing it was cancelled and service was done in July then suddenly today they took out £1300, Not sure if why they did this but please beware. They seem to take what they want later on down the lines.

They say they will provide you with a warmed SMTP, but the only thing that they will give you is a normal SMTP. Once you setup the campaign and send the email, all of them will land in the spam folder. The good thing is that I tried the cheapest version for $99. I didn't lose much. But if you read the other buyers who bought through the BHW forum, they lost a lot of money to this scammer.

I can't say enough good things about the feature that lets you add multiple domains. The option to add essential mail merge functions like {FirstName}, {Email}, {website} and so on have made it easy to personalize my emails and connect with my recipients on a more personal level. This is an important aspect of my outreach campaigns with SendBlaster integration.

I appreciate the fact that the platform emphasizes the importance of cleaning your email list before using the SMTP with your external app. It shows that they prioritize and encourage the quality maintenance of a their users' database. Something I had discussed with our investors and it was a sure proof that further validated our initial business proposal. Worth every penny.
