Took a long time to receive. It is cheaply made and doesn’t work correctly

Product just as shown, Quality good, just what I was looking for. Hope birds like it as much as I do.

I do love it, but if you put too much water in it it falls over, how do you make it stay still without toppling over, if you put too much water in it it floats and then falls over so that can’t be right, I’m missing something I think, something I’m not doing correctly, any suggestions would help thanks

Absolutely shocking company.

I ordered some DnD Advent Calendars for my sons back in September and I am still waiting for them three months later!!

I have contacted them numerous times asking what is happening and they just keep telling me to wait for the parcel.

There’s only one week of advent left now so these will be useless!

I’ve also asked for a refund but get the same answer, just wait!!!

Don’t use this company, customer services are shocking and you’ll never get what you paid for or be refunded 😡😡😡
