The team are very helpful if you have a question about a product, they are always at the other end of a direct message on Instagram or WhatsApp.
Deliveries are very reliable and usually very quick! They package small and large orders so neatly to ensure it gets to us without damage.
I find even if a product I like is out of stock, it isn’t for very long which is fantastic - you can sign up for stock alerts on every product.
They are constantly adding new and popular brands which is what I like the most!
I find I can shop most things from labfactor which saves me a lot of time and money in the long run.
