Item literally had stains of deodorant once you turned the top inside out plus loads of pet hair, don’t even clean before selling items. Abysmal all in all.

Totally insulting. I listed a practically brand new pair of Alexander mcqueens (bear in mind brand new they are selling for 395, so I at least expected more than ten pounds) I also listed a virtually brand new parajumper coat all labels, tags etc included and was offered TWENTY POUNDS! I am totally shocked, as looking at other listed items like this they are selling for close to the original retail price. I contacted them to check that this wasn’t a glitch and was assured this was not a glitch, I then reached out again to confirm those figures and was ignored…I can’t justify designer items being purchased back off me for this price, I will look elsewhere. To purchase items at this price and sell them for far, far more is diabolical in my opinion.

The buying price is insulting.
I got quoted £35 for a Prada bag that resells on the market for over £150. Same with some Balenciaga shoes and LV sunglasses, £20 for each!! I had high hopes as the reviews are amazing, but I am appalled knowing they will probably sell it for 5 times over what they bought it for. I understand this is a business but us as customers need to get our moeny's worh too. I'd rather wait and sell on vinted for the fair market price.

I sent my items to them about 6 days ago. They advertise a 24 hour turn around from when they receive the item to when they pay out but I didn't receive no update on the order until today. Today they decided to say that they made a mistake when offering the price they gave even though they've previously offered me a similar price. I now have to wait another 48 hours to receive my item back all in all over a week for nothing.

Still shocked and surprised at just how quick and efficient the whole selling process took.
