Labdox is a good and transparent organization. My experience with labdox during my 3 months internship was great. I got to meet and mingle with various people. What i especially appreciated about labdox is that they are inclusive; they want to engage as many people as they can to help them reach their career aspects and get more acquitted with the industry of study. However, since they engage interns remotely I recommend that they involve the interns intensively by assigning them with many tasks that would help them enhance the skills in their professions. As a market research intern my self, I was seldomly given assignments but from the few I was given my skills in research analysis and organization has enhanced. Overall my experience with Labdox was fine, I even got to learn how to write a recommended cover letter and a well structured Curriculum Vitae.

Flexible work hours, guidance and training program, learning facilities and hands-on experience made the experience best. Also, very co-operative and helpful environment.

Advices for company:

Create channels for employees to share their ideas, and provide resources and support for experimentation and problem-solving. It was very fun working here. People are very considerate and friendly. I liked the work environment that they provide and all the meeting with the team with that all the other advantages were also great.
I learnt really great things and was able to develop new skills as well.

I had an opportunity to learn more about the Business development role. The only downside was communication was not always effective. Also no reflection sessions were held for people to learn what the mistakes were. Ultimately leading to a repetition of mistakes.
