4 stars because I’ve only been using the devices for 1 week, but I can already SMELL the difference. The air is much purer when I walk in from outside (horrible SC pollen season here) which is not usually the case. I can only assume it’s the 6 Labcharge devices I have in my home. They are surprisingly quiet. I can only hear them when I put my ear close to the device.

What a joke of a company!
Awful awful awful company and customer service! Almost non- existent, but they want somebody there just to lead people on and get them off their backs in hopes that they give up. Word of advice, avoid this company like the plague!
Products are poor quality, 1 of them started a VERY high pitch whine and is grinding only after 5 days of use. I purchased them directly from the joke of a company's website. Upon checking into their "guarantee" with customer service, it took about 2 weeks for somebody to respond. They responded with a very generic copy and paste tutorial to deal with technical issues. I tried all the tutorial said, still broken so I let them know and even sent them a video of the issue.
Customer service is STILL avoiding me and will not accept accountability. I'm assuming because they know it's a bad unit and they don't like to replace them, as I've read online. I will now file an official complaint with the BBB to see if they can step in to hold the terrible company accountable for their poor quality products and services.

A little more than a week of using our Ionic Purifiers , amazing results .
Decreased dust everywhere in rooms purifiers placed. We are a non smoking, no pet home….nonetheless the air smells

I don’t want to sound cliche but I think you have helped me with my OCD . I’m really glad that this product has been created. I am definitely sleeping through the night and I have referred it to everyone I know and also to people that I don’t it’s really made a big difference because all of my time not working was completely occupied with cleaning my house. I love these air purifiers
The air in my home smells cleaner. My husband and I both have allergies and we have less allergy symptoms. My house is 2300 square feet so I bought eight units. I like that the units are easy to clean and there are no filters to buy. I am very pleased with my purchase!

Product does not help.
This product has made no difference to the air quality in my home. I still wake up with a stuffy nose, no dust or residue from it cleaning my air. This is just a hoax. I want my money back and will return the product.
