Im about to turn 51 and been using it for several month and can feel the difference, less bloat and sleeping better, I notice it when I don't wear it.

I was originally a sceptic but the more I’ve worn this magnet, the more I’m just flummoxed at how this works.

*With respects to what I’m about to say here, and taking into consideration that everyone is different in what works for them. I had hot flushes from hell for years and wore this magnet even in the hottest summers. I also take sage tablets and magnesium, but this week I’ve not needed to take any.

I stopped wearing it because I lost weight which seemed to help somewhat and in winter it’s not as bad.

In the past two months my flushes increased out of nowhere (upon nearly turning 50 in three days) my hot flushes became more aggressive. Before, they were nuclear and I didn’t think they could get worse BUT THEY DID. They became Milton, prickly, flushing heat that left me feeling sweaty and overwhelmed.

I couldn’t sleep, it was wrecking my life and clouding my focus. I had endless blood tests and its perimenopause having so it’s borderline but still absolutely awful.

I forgot that I had put my magnet on the bed post which is metal and nearly cried with relief. Since wearing it again on 03/03/26 I’ve been slightly shivery, cool and the hot flushes still come but they’re reduced dramatically and I hardly feel them now.

I was a sceptic before but when I use the magnet I don’t think I’m imagining this. How can I imagine it working when my hot flushes were so aggressive and unbearable? This magnet will not stop my hot flushes but it certainly reduced them and gave me peace and the ability to cope.

*Perhaps for some in rare occasions some of you may not feel any difference but it worked for me and with respect, everyone is different.

My advice for keeping this product is treat this magnet carefully. Don’t lose it. It’s expensive and a precious. Take it off before you clean your clothes, keep it safe and don’t please take great care of it.

It would have been a 5 because it works but the backings magnet was lost first now the pendant has been lost from the cloths so saving up for another

I bought this magnet after a discussion with oncology regarding menopause symptoms. I was sceptical at first but now 3+ months in and my flushes and insomnia have improved a lot. I have adjusted my diet too so that could help. I wear the magnet all the time apart from showering.

I purchased the Magnet before during start of Menopause and had no hot flushes. Bought new one to keep well Post Menopause. Luckily it survived a Wash and tumble dry and in use again.
