Avoid at all costs - no delivery in over a month

Avoid at all costs. This is most likely a scam. Ordered something I needed for a ski trip in the beginning of December. Have still not received the item and no longer need it now. Customer service does reply but just saying that it’s on the way. Tracking link seems fake as well. They don’t offer payment options like PayPal or AmEx so that you don’t have purchase protection. I paid with ideal and unfortunately can’t get my money back now. I would stay away from them!
