If there are any issues with your order, no one will reply to you. My order was $172.66, and I received two small IBIZA candles (worth $23.99 each on sale) and an accessory kit (worth $22.04 on sale). The accessory kit I did not order. The actual order, three larger candles, and two reed diffusers, were broken in transit. I have never had a company ignore me like this. They also request you attach photos of your order, but you cannot do this on their website. Their website says they are not responsible for products lost in transit. This is very concerning, so you may or may not receive your order, and if you do, it may not be the correct order. When you reach out to them, you will not receive a reply, refund or the correct order! This is not an ethical company!

Extreme disappointment with a recent order at La Luna | Wellness Products.

Out of the five candles I ordered, three of the BRISBANE Candles, priced at $33.24 each, arrived completely broken into pieces.

Following this delivery, I sent repeated email requests specifically asking for replacements for these three broken candles. To date, I have not received any response to my communication.

Adding to the difficulty, I attempted to attach photographs documenting the damage, but their email platform does not support image uploads. Furthermore, I was unable to locate a direct contact phone number to reach their store for immediate assistance.

This entire experience has been very disappointing, and I will not be making future purchases.
