My most recent order from KYYO had an error in the packaging with something missing. When I sent an email to ask about this, for me to return, I haven't had any response back at all. Other than that, the rest of my albums have been fine, and come on time.

I have ordered from Kyyo numerous times and I have always been a very happy and satisfied customers. Albums are packaged well and I have never had any dents, areas that are peeling, crushed areas of the packaging etc. I only had to contact them once about a very small preorder issue and it was immediately resolved and the item was sent out to me promptly. The team are lovely and super helpful with any queries you may have and they run a great business with decent prices and good shipping fees with really quick delivery too. A great business overall and I will continue to order from them in the future! ❤️

It was my first time purchasing so I felt a bit nervous but I have to say I was super happy with the service!
The ordering process was simple and smooth, I ordered an album for myself and for a friends birthday gift. I was worried it wouldn't arrive in time however was happily surprised it arrived within a week after dispatch! I have already made my second purchase! Highly recommended 😊

Everything arrived on time and I’m perfect condition! The lightstick I ordered is legit and works, the extra poster I also added came in great condition and is another addition to my walls. I’m definitely going to order from kyyo again in the future :)

My package was shipped and delivered in good time, and was packaged safely. I preordered the NCT Dream album and it came in great condition, there were no damages to the albums. The albums are legit and are priced well.

The only place where I was able to find the ARMY BOMB sold online in The UK, arrived in perfect state and was shipped the day after I purchased it.

It came really fast, but just my luck the box was damaged and the corner was significantly bent. I have tried to fix it the best I can without making it worse but it's nothing the seller would have know! Just bad luck ☹️
