Ciao, we did not receive your communication.
We do not have stock of SB2016 since 2 years. You can only get from us a SB2016-2.
Please refer to the online SB2016-2 manual: the marking of the product is SB2016, but the color of the packaging is a red a bit dark compared to SB2016.

I paid approximately 26 dollars extra for a quicker delivery & still it took nearly 2 weeks I e/mailed them twice & was told it’s on its way they did not offer a refund for the extra postage when the item did eventually arrive I was more than happy with the product how ever felt I had been let down over all they could of offered to refund just the extra postage but didn’t I feel very let down

My honest experience?
My honest experience?? - the 1st Smart Booster died on Sydney Harbour Bridge freeway, in peak hour traffic, after 2 hours use. Very inconvenient & dangerous. Antoine @ Kytronic was sympathetic and replaced the unit, even though I did'nt claim warranty until almost 12months later. So full marks there Antoine!! The 2nd Smart Booster has now run approx 10hrs. Motor is smoother & revs higher. Still need to fine tune timing start point & best curve to use, but it is performing as advertised. Kytronik are good guys & I recommend.
