I'm outraged at how this company is run.
My Kys Pro Baker Easy 5 arrived broken right away.
They offered to send me replacement parts and arrange for the assembly myself.
Why should I bother repairing something that arrived broken and that I paid so much to receive in working order?
After a few emails, they disappear.
I'll have to take legal action; these people don't deserve to get away with it.

This mixer is honestly the best on the market in this price range and 2 tier higher. After doing extensive research and trying to decide if I should bite the bullet on a KYS, I’m extremely happy I did. This unit always produces a great product and with its immense power and capacity this is great for home rec use or small business.
If you’re worried about this product or the company please reach out to them with questions as they are super responsive and always happy to help. They stand by there products and I would 100% purchase again. Best bang for buck!!
I’ve had my KYS Pro Baker 7 spiral mixer for a year and love it. I’ve used Kitchen Aid mixers my entire life, mainly for pizza dough every week, and bagels a few times a year. This KYS mixer is a beast – It’s super powerful, and even more super quiet; My wife doesn’t even realize I’m mixing with it even though she’s five feet away. It’s a variable speed mixer but I rarely go much higher than the lowest speed. I make pizza dough starting with a Biga and this machine just plows through it on low speed – I would say my mix/knead time is 7-8 minutes versus 12-15 in a standard mixer. When I hear the air bubbles popping, I know my dough is done.
I’ve had no issues with my mixer, and if you have any questions regarding new products, their customer service is very responsive and helpful.
I highly recommend the KYS mixers for anyone that’s looking to buy a spiral.
Love this machine! Rock solid build, quiet, variable speed and easily handles 2-10 lb batches including 100% whole wheat. Been using since 2/24. My bread and pizza dough development had never been better. Very satisfied!
Very good and solid machine, and so quiet. Very impressed of the high speed, even thou I don't think I will use the higest speed.If there would be more color choise then I would give it absolutely 5 stars.
