Ordered three items.... Over 2 weeks later that had been no update so I contacted them.

And explained that if I didn't get an update I would have to contact my credit card company for a chargeback because they took $150 of my money and did absolutely nothing for 2 weeks.

So pretty quickly after that they sent me an email and said that my order number was flagged as potential fraud and that order had been canceled and fully refunded.

How is this company even in business a little bit and have the nerve to charge out the ass for their clothes?!

Leave it to a Canadian company to completely drop the ball in a colossal way

Bought a golf skirt and there was a defect with fabrication. The elastic band at the waist came apart and since I bought it in a store and not on their website site they did not replace it. They offered me 20$ credit but of course I have to buy something else so not only I cannot wear my skirt but I have to spend money to get another one. Poor poor service!!!!

Ordered a vest. I really liked it when it arrived, so removed the tags. Started to come unraveled in a few hours of wear. Same day, loose strings all over the place. Returned and was informed of $10 penalty since it was worn and charged for shipping since that penalty made my order fall beneath free shipping. All as stated in their policy. Will never order from them again.

When ordering online the program keeps trying to adding items. Don't go through the shop payment option as the order is immediately processed with no option to review what has been added. No option to say it was the wrong order and items added weren't ordered. Extremely disappointing, feeling very ripped off. Have forward email to support, waiting for reply.

If it doesn’t fit or it just doesn’t look good and you need to return it, you will not get the full amount refunded. They charge you $12.95 which I’m assuming is to cover shipping. I won’t shop there again because of that.

The golf shorts and trousers both have flimsy zip/ fly. They broke within first few wears.
Also the shorts have poor consistency between the legs with one leg being tighter than the other.

Kyodans clothes are durable and appear to be high quality comfortable material however if you intend to buy their joggers for exercise purposes I would be cautious, the medium size which their chart says is perfect for the length of my leg is in fact long enough however is tight to my leg making it restrictive and not the best choice for certain types of exercise, I would advise those with larger leg circumference to explore other options, for reference my leg is 59 cm around. I also own two pairs due to a shipping error which meant I received the wrong item, they were fast and polite in resolving the matter and sent me the correct replacement immediately.
