Excellent support from Kyocera Document…

Excellent support from Kyocera Document Solutions when remote scanning from my printer was failing. The tech, Steve, was patient and understanding, even when the problem was finally traced to my network rather than the printer!

I understand the complaint about the price of toners but that is generic across the industry, and I checked prices before I bought the printer rather than eg an HP, so its seems harsh to judge them on that. The price of the hardware was very good value IMO.

Don't buy Kyocera printers unless you…

Don't buy Kyocera printers unless you want to pay the extortionate price for their own toner cartridges. I bought a set of compatible toners - as recommended by Which magazine - but these do not work and the printer will no longer operate. Kyocera refuse to honour their guarantee, so if you use compatible cartridges the machine is useless - after only 2 months!!!! The only place it is fit for is the local rubbish tip. DO NOT BUY KYOCERA PRODUCTS

WARRANTY..

WARRANTY... DON'T HAVE ANY ENGINEERS THERE ALL ON FURLOUGH.

PRINTER STOPPED WORKING 10 DAYS AGO... STILL WAITING ON AN ENGINEER TO VISIT UNDER THE WARRANTY OF THE PRODUCT.

NOT EVEN ABLE TO SEND AN EMAIL.
