Customer service completely sucks. They will do absolutely nothing to help you or do the right thing. I placed an order 3 days ago. Well, 2 days ago the black Friday sale started. I haven't even received my package yet. I emailed customer service to ask for an honor of the sale. Literally every company will do this for you.

Customer service wrote back saying they will not honor their own sale. It was $16 dollar difference, which isn't much to them but customer experience is worth everything to me.

Company worth 1.2 billion dollars while Coty is worth 9.84 billion, but definitely "not able to honor" their own sale prices!

My experience was really great, i ordered during the Black Friday sale and my order was shipped the next day and arrived the day after that! Very quick shipping and all my products were exactly as expected

I just want to express how disappointed I am with this store. They refused to cancel an order that's not been packed yet. In fact, when the order was placed accidentally I immediately contacted them to cancel it but they refused. Now, I don't know what to do with that order. Horrible

I paid £6 for the Transport just to find out that the courier left the parcel somewhere far for me to pick up.i mean really?
Haven't tried the products yet but the courier service is rubbish. Avoid and please improve!

I bought some makeup on line. It never shipped and I emailed them 12 times. I asked for a refund since I never got my order. They took my money on the date I bought it. There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. They LIE about shipments and won't process a refund. They are rude via email and they still have my money. I still don't have my order. I placed the order 3 months ago. They are running a SCAM so BUYER BEWARE!!! Don't give your money Kylie Cosmetics. You will NEVER get it back!!!

Ordered make up from Kylie Cosmetics America from the UK Website,my order was perfect,but the branded Box which they put the cosmetics in,is the box that they ship out to you,they don't place it in another box o when you open the gift you have a lovely gift box to open,it arrives with shipping labels all over it,denied,dirty and scratched,which company would allow there products to be shipped this way,and there customer service is no help at all,15 emails and they can't even send me a new box,which I have offered to pay the postage,still no joy,appalling customer service

These people are scammers. They take the the money from your account and don’t send a confirmation email. It’s been nearly 3 weeks since I’ve ordered and they’ve taken my money and not giving me a confirmation email, shipping details or anything. When I submit a form on their web store for help, they say that my case number is #null. Ridiculous. Never give your money to this stupid family.

Placed an order that didn't arrive. The tracking info indicated some labeling issues, sometimes this happens. When I heard nothing from the shipper for two days, I emailed both customer service departments and received nothing back from Kylie Cosmetics. I received a shipping notice that said my order is being returned today, but still no response from KC Customer Service. No live chat available, no email response and no phone number available.....Ugh.

Ordered a candle and a lipliner from Kylie Cosmetics website. Status of my order remained as “ordered” for over 2 weeks before I had to reach out to customer service to ask why my order hasn’t shipped out yet. No response or acknowledgment to my email. Sent out a second email, only to have someone inform me that they will reach out to me once they have located my order then never heard from again and this was almost a week ago.
They of course charged my credit card the day I ordered the items and I am still waiting.
I asked for a refund a number of times since at this point, I no longer want any of the items from how unprofessional the whole company has been. Kylie Cosmetics you’re a bunch of scammers! Don’t believe in the hype ppl. Not worth the headache!

Terrible customer service!!! Stay far away from this brand! Email after email and no help!

I have been ordering from Kylie Cosmetics for about 5 yrs. My last order came in and it was missing products. I sent an email and the response was within 24 hours you will have a reply. However, it’s been two weeks and three emails later, and no reply! I can’t dispute it with my credit card company. And when you send an email, you can’t use capital letters, it’s all lowercase who does that? How unprofessional.

Do not order from the Kylie Cosmetics website!! I ordered a blush over a month ago and the order was never shipped. Customer service is so so awful. Contacted multiple times. Only just managed to get a refund nearly 2 months later…

My item was left outside my house in unsecure place got stolen I have emailed you six times and you keep robbing me off ,mid you don’t refund me I will get a chargeback then u will have no choice absolutely diabolical way to treat customers and zero customer service won’t ever order from here again !!order number

DO NOT ORDER FROM KYLIES WEBSITE!! i ordered a whole month ago and have had NO UPDATES. they have taken my money and ran. considering i have sent around 10 messages to their customer service i am no further ahead. WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN

I ordered one lip kit and one eyeshadow pallet and after a very long delivery period, I received two identical lip kits and no eyeshadow pallet. When I contacted customer service to explain the issue, I was passed around multiple people who clearly weren't communicating with each other nor did they understand I'd received my order however there was an item missing. They kept saying the package had been delivered. When they finally understood, I was ensured the missing item would be sent out. 10 days later, I've received no update and am still waiting for my eyeshadow pallet. Utter rubbish customer service - will not order again from this company!

I dont have much confidence in wearing lipsticks of any kind. But I have been loving all the amazing different colours Kylie Cosmetics have on their Matt Lip Kits so decided to try. I purchsed no.700 Bare.

Well what can I say, first off the lip liner is super creamy & silky. It glides on so easily & smudges in so doesnt look too fake. The matt lip stick is exactly the same, super smooth to apply, highly pigmented so you dont need to over use & dries lovely without drying the lips.
It also makes lips stand out & look bigger without looking too fake or overdone.

I love this colour & now want to try others.

Best bit, is it really lasts. Even with drinking & eating its still in tact enough not to have to reapply or touch up. By far the best I have tried & used & trust me I have tried everything from high end to highstreet!

The only thing that would be a nice addition is to have a sharpener on the pencil. Give this set a try I doubt you will be disappointed!

False promises of re-shipments.
Look at the other reviews. Money down the drain.
They lie to you. I will be making this public too many people are being scammed.

They asked if I still wanted it to be posted to the same address !!! Why wouldn't I??
Disgraceful. I will update if I don't receive or get a refund as that's £30 down the drain and they should be reported!!!

I ordered her new creme lipstick thinking it was the same quality like the creme lipstick she sold 4 years ago. But unfortunately it’s really bad , total waste of money. Why couldn’t she just make them like she made the old ones?
