WARNING

WARNING: There's a reason why the super low star ratings Kylie has: This company is a complete and absolute freaking joke. They love to ignore consumer rights, I also had an issue with an order, in which I never received the goods. The go around the bushes and never offer a solution.

This company is a joke.

This company is a complete joke. They love to ignore consumer rights, FYI, so that's a good start. I had an issue with an order, in which I never received the goods. This "company" decided to fob me off repeatedly with "contact UPS, once it leaves our warehouse it no longer is our problem". Uh, that's not how that works. I have received the same uncaring, flippant response from them all week. They are putting the onus on me to contact the courier, which I have been doing when it's not even my responsibility. It's entirely inappropriate and a disgraceful way to do business. Please avoid, save yourselves the agro. They don't care, they'll take your money, but any consumer care afterwards is nonexistent.

Honestly amazing

Honestly, amazing products I went for the skin tint and lip duo, when the skin tint arrived it wasn’t my shade :( but when I messaged Kylie cosmetics they responded straight away and sent me a more suited shade which is so kind of them, not many company’s would do this, also the perfume is to die for ❤️❤️

Awful customer service

Awful customer service !
Conflicting resolutions from each advisor, great at apologising but didn’t seem to get any thing done.

Lip liner was lovely but kept needing to be sharpened, doesn't last long.

Lost my order twice!

I had TWO instances where I placed an order, they took my money, and then never sent anything! I can understand once but twice?! Other than that the products are pretty good some things I really like and will keep buying.

So I sent a query about a missing…

So I sent a query about a missing product from my order on the 07/07 I was told someone would be in touch within 48 hours and nothing. Terrible customer service ! I ordered a bulk of lip kits and one of the kits did not have the pencil in I was told to send pictures of packaging however couldn't as box was already dispensed of. I do not feel I want to purchase with these guys anymore purely down to their horrible customer service !

WORST CUSTOMER service anywhere. These people DO NOT know how to read. Their quality control IS TERRIBLE TOO—DAMAGED PRODUCTS! No matter how I explain the situation to them, they respond to something else! DO NOT BUY FROM WEBSITE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

Awful customer service

Awful customer service.

Package delivered to a house that is not mine. I contacted customer services and provided evidence that proof of delivery photo was not my address and they state I have to wait ‘7 days’ as sometimes the courier marks as delivered?!

And they have to wait ‘7 days’ before they can make a claim with the courier - how is that my problem when I don’t have the products I’ve paid for??

They literally delivered it to a house that is not my house nor any house nearby!!!

Even sent the google maps link of my house, to show proof of delivery photo is not the outside of my house

I’ve asked for a replacement or refund but they state I have to wait 7 days?! Beyond a joke.

I don’t understand why they won’t send replacement/refund when there is clear evidence the package is not at my house.

Take your business elsewhere.

Abysmal customer service. Avoid avoid avoid.

I have ordered the new cosmic perfume twice and paid twice for delivery and each time it fails to be delivered by the service provider. When I go back to Kylie cosmetics to let them know it has not been delivered they state that I must pay another delivery fee to which I have done now twice, but the item has still not been delivered, absolutely appalling customer service no value for the customer absolutely shoddy experience all in.

I’ve been a big customer for Kylie cosmetics over the years but I will never purchase again. Abysmal.

Amazing Products

I just received the items I bought from Kylie Cosmetics and I absolutely love them! I bought her new perfume (Cosmic) and the scent is Amazing! I also bought one of the matte lip kits (Victoria) and it’s so vibrant in colour and so light weight and smooth that you don’t feel it on your lips. This is my first ever purchase from Kylie Cosmetics and I will definitely be back for more.

Kylie Matt lipsticks break easily

I just bought my third Kylie Matt lipstick. It broke by the 4th use. My other two broke on the second and third use. I kept buying them because they look and feel great. However they break really easily making it a waste of money. Also their “competitive” international delivery fees are exorbitant. If they improved the formula and it didn’t break I would purchase again

Worst customer service ever

I bought a foundation a while ago and it came broken. I immediatly contact customer service and provide all of the informations. They didn't reply to me with a solution for this problem. After a week I sent them another email complaining about their silence and they just told me "check in the spam folder, if you have any email from us"... are you kidding me? I spent more than 30euros on a foundation that I'm unable to use. Still no refund, no substitution and no valid answer.

Delayed processing orders

They don't process the orders within 48 hours. It has been nearly 2 weeks and still no notification of dispatch. Do not waste your time ordering directly from them, maybe try resellers like Boots or Selfridges.
