Got my products very fast and I love them!

I LOVE Kylie Cosmetics, i use their foaming face wash, milk toner and face moisturizer and i am obsessed! My skin has gotten so much healthier and all the items are a great price. i highly recommend <3

Absolute SCAM. I purchased 2 keto products. Technically meant to do one. I clicked on one of the advertisements before the check out and it added another $30 item without letting me review my purchase. I contacted customer support and had no reply. I did not sign up for anything. Later, another $200 was stolen out of my account. Then I changed my card info and they still somehow managed to steal another $97 out of my account a couple days ago, months after the original purchase. Not to mention, the keto pills made my boyfriend profusely sick. I'd give negative stars if I had the option.

I dont want to give any star to kileycosmetics. Its a scam. I ordered items 2 months back worth 70$ and I did not receive my item. I have been sending emails to the customer service and they are absolutely worthless. They send me automated emails that my product is on transit and that I should contact my local post office which I did several times and they have no clue. This is a complete scam!!! Please do not order from this brand. They take your money and then send you stupid emails

Back in like 2018 christmas I ordered 3 items worth 60$ and till this day they havent arrived. I sent them emails asking for refunds and all and they said my order did not exist. I used the support email from the website and I'm 100% sure the website was valid. I'm still extremely mad with the results of purchasing from here especially because my dad is a hard worker and most of his earnings go to tax or child support to my mother. This was an upsetting event for us all.

I ordered almost $100. Worth of make up right before Covid started and they even sent me an email saying” Don’t worry we haven’t forgotten about you” to now “No sorry nothing we can do.
Who does that?
I have the screen shot of what I ordered even the last 4 digits of one of the cards I used to purchase the items and they won’t do anything about it. This is supposed to be a Business how do they expect ppl to Buy form them when they do this. I’m

The kybrows line actually sucks. There’s barely any product in the tubes, the pencil is so frail, and the over all quality of what product there is really sucks. Drug store eye brow lines are way better and way cheaper. Definitely a flop.

Like everyone else I got suckered. I ordered a security camera and the sent me a chip no instructions or anything. Not even a receipt or a contact to call and say they sent the wrong stuff. This company must go, don't know where they are located but they are a scam.

I bought a lipkit a while back, it arrived and I tried it. The colour was beautiful but as soon as it dried it felt very uncomfortable and was really drying on my lips. It also started to crack and flake off into my mouth within 5 minutes. I watched a few YouTube reviews and thought it must have been bad luck. So I recently bought Boujee to see if it's any better. It arrived today and when I took the lipstick out of the packaging the lipstick is literally all lumpy and dried up. I can't even use it. Stay away. Absolutely awful quality. I'll never buy again.

Ive purchased now two orders on separate occasions from Kylie cosmetics that have never arrived. Customer service blows me off saying they won’t refund or replace when asked to help me track the order.
They also won’t respond to my email in response to this.
This is not what I would expect from such a well known brand.
Honestly so disappointed, I feel like I’ve been stollen from. 😞

I wish I could give Kylie cosmetics zero star, they don’t deserve even one star.
I received damaged liquid lipsticks (literally liquid is dry, solid instead of liquid). I sent them pictures over and over about the lipstick they refused to give me money back. I asked them for return label so that they can check in person what they sent me but they refused to send me return label.
Worse customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I understand no return policy but that does not mean they can send damaged products to customer. I wish I could attach the picture of what they sent me.

I recently purchased the entire Grinch collection from Kylie and I was very disappointed with the quality of the make up and the plastic cases for the blushes. The pallet colors are beautiful but have no pigment it’s like eye shadows from the dollar tree. Very disappointed with the quality, I would think her quality would be top notch but no. Never again would I buy Kylie cosmetic!

Rubbish - Never Received Order.

Ordered make-up for my daughter for xmas pressie in November. Chased it up, tracker number was incorrect. Gave new number, says product shipped to Uk. Had nothing since, parcel has not arrived. E-mailed customer services to be told it had arrived in the UK hub? and I have to take it up with them. Take it up with who?I have no idea where parcels are sent to from the USA to the UK. Obviously could be anywhere really- what a joke. Total waste of my time and money. So glad I wasn't able to get my original choice of the full complete grinch collection as that was what my daughter really wanted, as if I had bought that I would have lost out on 200-300 pounds at least. Will never buy from them again. Thought the Company would have been more professional considering the claims that they are a global successful business etc. Very disappointed, as was my daughter when she never received the second choice of make up items that we ordered.

Horrible experience. I ordered some lipsticks last year in September. They never arrived and I had to email 2-3 times until I received the message that they’ll refund me. They haven’t even come back to me theirselves, I had to take initiative to get my money back. Will never order there again!

I bought GrinchXKykie set from Mexico, it never arrived, I wasn’t able to track my package because they told me that the company isn’t going to be responsible when the package cross the border. I think their products are expensive enough so they can afford a 1st class delivery company. It sucks.

This has been my worse online experience so far. I placed an online order for kyliecosmetics and tarte at the same time on October 31st. I received my full order from tarte after 4 days. However, I received my order from kyliecosmetics in January (it was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my friend). Not only that, but half of the order was missing and the quality of the products I received wasn't as expected! Now, I have been waiting for my refund for an almost 1 month!

Everything fine. Got my products in time and as described. Really love the quality and the always responding costumer service;)

Wish i had looked on this website before ordering. Uk customer, they take your money, UPS return to sender when the tracker says it never even left Germany. Kylie jenner customer service doesnt exist. Its just a con, no wonder shes a billionaire, according to reviews half her customers never get product. Do not use. Because the item is a gift, i rebought from a reputable UK retailer (selfridges) they at least have accountability for their customers. KYLIE YOU OWE ME £40.
