Hi Dina, thank you for letting us know. Kyero is a property portal, so all listings come directly from local estate agents. Sometimes properties stay live on the site longer than they should if the agent hasn’t yet updated their adverts. I’d recommend contacting the agent directly through the enquiry form for the most up-to-date status, as they’ll be able to confirm availability pretty quickly.

They advertise lies!
A lot of properties on this site are falsely advertised especially fincas (farms), most of the houses are either illegally built (and if declared they will be demolished) or they promise you can build or renovate into a home (vivienda) but most of them are allowed only to have storage (almacen) and laws are against renovating of storage buildings into houses by foreigners!
I went to Spain to buy a farm because I found on the site some of them promising and because I was lied by Mike Foreman from Property finder Spain that everything was legal and I can renovate and make it a home, but when I got to Spain I found out that everything is a lie and I lost money for nothing and to top it off he said he had some problems and couldn't come to meet me although I arrange the meeting for almost a month in advance!
Even the sea water was cold and outside the wind blew hard so I couldn't count it even as a vacation!
If you are not from Spain better stay away!

It,s not an experience every property you send me is not in my criteria apart from that no one contacts me. I said I,m looking for long term rental and you send me property thats for sale, I don't want to buy just yet and yes I have money. My limit is €700 per month not €1,500 like you send me.

Thank you for your feedback, we’re glad to hear you like the properties you’re seeing. If you are referring to your search criteria, you can save these for next time by clicking on “Create alert” on the search results page once you’re happy with the criteria you’ve set.
The next time you log in, you can head over to https://www.kyero.com/en/alerts and click “See all properties” to view matching listings without having to fill in your requirements again.
Pay or Be Left Out: Kyero’s New Model
Really disappointing! Be aware that Kyero has recently changed its policy, and not for the better. They no longer allow agents who are not on a PrimeAI subscription to manually manage their listings in the dashboard. This means small agencies or independent sellers are completely excluded unless they pay for one of their expensive plans. The only options left are:
25 Listings – PrimeAI: 6 Months: €1,190 or 12 Months: €2,240
This shift feels like a cash grab and significantly limits access for those who prefer to work manually or don't need automated solutions. Very disappointing direction for a platform that used to be more accessible.
