Buyer beware

It took forever to receive my order and when I finally did it was quite the disappointment! It wasn’t as pictured and very poor cheap quality that I spent $64 dollars on. I contacted the company to ask how I can go about returning it and have not received any response. So I’m out my $64. I feel I was totally taken and will never use this company again. Buyer beware

Great product but took about a month…

Great product but took about a month past the purchase date to receive. I had to follow up as I was not receiving notifications of its status. Nice, well made sweater! Received what was expected!

Sizing and quality is perfect.

Getting the order was long as it took 2 weeks to fill..however the clothing is perfect..very pleased with the sizing and quality and definitely would purchase again. I wear a medium in Canada and that's what I ordered and everything fit perfect!

Shipping takes a very long time

Shipping takes a very long time. The products I received were good quality, looked as pictured, but for much tighter than I expected. They fit, just not as loose as described.

The sweaters I ordered were exactly…

The sweaters I ordered were exactly like the photos and they were so comfortable too. It is just that I didn’t realized it was in USD and the exchange rate from my credit card was not great! But it is just my problems for not reading the invoice carefully enough. Otherwise, I have great experience with the purchase and love the products I chose.

I was very happy with the quality of the sweaters I ordered

I was very happy with the quality of the sweaters I ordered. There were some differences with respect to the type of material used as compared to that which was pictured on one of the sweaters I purchased. The fit of all of the sweaters I ordered was very good. The shipping and delivery was prompt. I will order again.

Thieves

Thieves. Their advertisements look nothing line the product and they don't do exchanges because they say the manufacturer is in Dubai. I managed to get 50% of my order refunded but they wouldn't give me the full credit for the item I bought. The bell sweater looks nothing like the one online. They play around with you and make you beg for the refund which they increase a little at time until you give up asking.

THIEVES! Ordered 2 sweaters They sent three one of which was two of the same sweater AND THE CHARGED MY CARD FOR DOUBLE THE CORRECT AMOUNT . I got no response from them. SCAMERS
