I’ve been chasing this company for over a week about my return and nobody bothered replying. When I finally did get a response, I was told my order would be collected tomorrow and that I’d receive the collection details.
Well… tomorrow is almost here and I’ve received zero information.

No courier name. No time window. No instructions. Nothing.

How is a customer meant to know what’s going on? The communication is genuinely terrible. I’ve never dealt with a retailer that handles returns this badly. Completely unacceptable.

I was sent a product completely different from what was advertised. On the packaging it states that it is Medicube’s Collagen Night Wrapping Mask, but the product inside is a complete dupe. I paid a total of £56.14 for 4 tubes.

I reached out to their customer service over email on 16th May after receiving my products. Their response was that there was a mix up at the factory during packaging - which is extremely absurd. I’ve asked for a complete refund. However, at this point of writing on 24th Aug, I have still not gotten any resolutions from them.

Following my earlier review regarding the wrong product being sent, I would like to update my feedback. The company has apologised for the mistake and issued a full refund. While the initial error was inconvenient, I appreciate their apology and decision to resolve the matter.
