I called them to ask for a fix price for my car, they told me they can pay 200.000sek. When I called them back a week later I asked them to send me the offer in email, I got 180.000sek. After many emails they try to convince me I got the offer for auction price, which was not the case. But the original phone conversation was not recorded, of course. Do not recommend it!

I just bought my first Volvo V60 CC from KVD and I have to say that I am very happy with this experience, starting from the auction to the interaction with the personal from KVD. I had several discussions with Jessica, Elin, Viktor. Always very communicative and solving my requests. Regarding the car, I have got it today, the battery is totally drained, could be because the car was staying in cold for three weeks. I would really appreciate if in the future KVD will take care of the car batteries little bit more.

Easy service and warm welcoming. Only feedback to give is they should prepare vehicle before customers arrives. Waited for 1 hour for vehicle to be prepared for test drive and pickup.

parking fees very expensive
there are many other Swedish companies with which you can work normally, not kvd.

I decided to use the services of this Swedish auction for the second time, because as they advertise on their website, the cars are carefully inspected. I won my chosen car and started the long journey from the Czech Republic to Jonkoping.
I inspected the vehicle and everything looked as advertised on the website. When I drove off, after 40km, the AdBlue pump malfunctioned. The on-board display informed me that after another 50km the car would no longer start. So I turned around and drove the car back. Unfortunately they were closed at that point, so I had to spend the night in Jonkoping. I filled out and sent in the reklamation form. I went back the next morning and told the worker about the mistake and he called the reklamation department, telling me to leave the car there and that they would sort it out.
It's now been two weeks. I tried calling there a couple of times, but I always stayed on the line and waited. It's not the cheapest to call there from abroad. I have written many emails but only got one reply of two sentences right at the beginning. Now it's been ten days without a reply and I still don't know anything.
I have consulted my legal protection and I may want a full refund, travel costs plus interest.
I have driven 2000km to get the car, two ferries, one forced overnight stay via AirBnb. I have incurred considerable expense and am now without a car, without money and most importantly without an answer.
I give one star because I have purchased a car from them in the past and everything went fine. Unfortunately, after this experience, this may very well have been the last purchase.
11.1.2024:
Almost a month and a half later, I still don't know anything. I'm still trying to get them to give me some answers, but so far without success. I've tried writing to other departments when the complaints department ignores me and I've been told that this is all handled by the complaints department only and that it really does take some time and that they will let them know. Still nothing!
There is an online chat on the website from 8am to 10pm where they are able to advise you, but I haven't seen anyone online since the new year.
As there is no communication with them, I will have to contact the European Consumer Centre and Konsumentverket to let them help me in this matter.
It is very stressful and unfortunately I cannot recommend such a company.

Thorough examination of the car with detailed description of scratches of misfunction. Good price.
Requirement for a quick payment. They could not wait a few more days after they standard (short) up to 5 days after the auction.

most of the people I came across was very helpful except for some pretty negative lady on the phone during the finalising phase.
Otherwise, I would have given 5 stars. The guys I met while picking up my car were just awesome! Sad that on person put a dent on everyone’s else’s efforts.

they do test on the car and they look it anything is wrong everything they you need to know I highly recommend it if you what to sell or buy.

Travelled to Svedala from abroad to pick-up the car and drive back home. The staff was very welcoming and let me test drive and inspect the car thoroughly. Unfortunately the had car multiple faults not listed online. Most importantly an error message "SOS eCall Service required" showed up after turning on that came with corresponding warning light during use. In addition, the right front tire had a cut on the tire wall. It didn't feel safe to drive with such car and I had to leave it on the lot.
