Terrible!!
I used them to move from Copenhagen to Athens and it was a terrible experience.
They are cheap but with the low price comes low of everything else.
Part of the deal was for me to load and unload the truck myself with my personal items and I managed to do it in a way to avoid damage to my items. It took a while but I was confident my things would arrive in perfect condition.
The truck broke down during the journey and I was not notified of this. Upon the arrival of the truck and opening it, it looked like everything had been thrown inside. No care whatsoever and most of the things that were lightly packaged were scratched and dented. The boxes clearly labelled "FRAGILE" with glass were placed at the bottom of the piles crushed with "HEAVY" labelled boxes on top, everything falling over and overall really badly taken care of. The boxes were all ripped and broken.
I called the number I had in email communications to discuss this and Karsten on the other end got very defensive and rude saying he never lied about anything and that my insurance only covered full damage. The damage was due to their handling of my items, not any other reason. They stick with their claim that the damage was due to me and they "never lied" about anything.
Really disappointed in the service seeing I never even got told the truck broke down and my things had to be moved from one truck to the other.
I would have appreciated an email or a call when it happened to at least know something might have gone wrong before opening the truck and seeing the tragic state everything was in.
Would not recommend it to anyone. Really terrible!
