I purchased a ticket through this platform in an emergency situation on 13 March 2026 at 7:00 PM Zanzibar time. My flight from Zanzibar was departing at 11:00 PM, so I had very limited time to complete the booking.
The itinerary was labeled as a “Smart Transfer,” which gives the impression that the connection has been evaluated and is realistically achievable.
However, the connection requires transferring between Istanbul Airport (IST) and Sabiha Gökçen Airport (SAW). These airports are located on opposite sides of a very large metropolitan city. The transfer between them can take 2–3 hours depending on traffic.
My next flight was only about 3 hours after landing, which makes this connection extremely risky and in many cases impossible.
The airport change was displayed only as a small blue note during the booking process. This is not an appropriate format for highlighting such a critical travel risk. If a connection requires crossing an entire city between two distant airports, this should be clearly and strongly emphasized.
Labeling such an itinerary as a “Smart Transfer” is misleading from a user experience perspective because it suggests the platform has evaluated the feasibility of the connection.
When I contacted customer support, they insisted that the information was technically shown and refused to provide a reasonable solution.
I am sharing this experience so other travelers are aware of the risks when booking so-called “Smart Transfer” itineraries that require airport changes in large cities.

Half day to carry out an order. After half day, they send me invoices - pay additionally. 3 additional invoices over night! I still don't have any ticket for m them. Probably, they sell tickets as changeable, but buy it from another company, and the tickets are on reality not changeable. Now it lasts 3rd day, I should fly tomorrow and they still did not issue the ticket

Their webpage is a scam, you submit your birthdate or personal information dates and once you check out it gets changed automatically so they can charge you later for a change fee as if it was your mistake

It was very bad experience... I've booked a flight at Emirates Airlines and once I paid, it showed on the ticket that its "Fly Dubai" with all the respect to all Airlines but I booked and I prefer Emirates Airlines and you have to be clear for those who are booking their flights with Kupi.
I will never use this app again.

Terrible Experience: Overcharged, Poor Service, and Broken Promises
I paid to have a window seat and booked his services two months before my flight… yet on all my flights, I wasn’t given a window seat. I ended up in the middle between two seats, and one time in the aisle. The excuse was that there was no availability (yet they still charged me the extra fee, only to give me excuses afterward). It would have been easier not to pay for his services, do the check-in myself, and choose the window seat on my own.
There were also many communication issues… For example, when I wanted to add an extra suitcase, I was given a price of €380, and after several emails, they apologized and admitted the price was wrong, giving me a new price of €180. Later, when I wanted to add extra weight for my luggage, instead of providing a supplement, they tried to charge me for another suitcase at €180.
In summary: you are a complete mess, and my experience with you has been horrible.

All went wrong. The site does not work correctly, you get an error message that later is almost impossible to contact support and check up if the order was processed or not.

I purchased a ticket then I received a cancellation email mentioning that there was a technical problems and the money will be returned to my card within 1-3 days , the problem is I can’t book another ticket coz I have no money !! Really was the worst experience ever happened to to me

Only ok if you don’t have issues with your flight
I’ve purchased a few tickets via this service (in total for more than 700$) so you would expect them at least try to resolve issues if there are any, right?
When one of the airlines canceled the flight the only thing this provider could do is offer a forced refund - which would take up to 30 days and they take almost 40$ out of this refund as fees for their “service” so you’ll get miserable 100$ back, can you imagine what alternative flight you can buy for this money? Probably none
When I wanted to have a call with someone to spare myself some time cause you know emails just take long and they lead nowhere, they told me they don’t have any.
When I’ve asked if they can change my other flight (which is connected to the one cancelled) in the way the final destination is another City in that country and even for the flight with the same airline they told - it’s prohibited. BUT when I called directly to airline about this change, they were totally okay with that and gave me a calculation within 1working day.
So basically if you have any issues with your flight you tell “goodbye” to your money cause the only thing they want is to take their fees and do nothing.
NEVER AGAIN!

The airline have confirmed payment being sent to you. I am now being told it could take 30 days to resolve the case. Not issue payment but “resolve”. This is a scam of a site.
They have falsely advertised a ticket and are now holding on to my money that has been issued by airline to them.
They have now admitted that they have received a refund from the airline but still have not sent it to my account.
This is a complete scam of a company

Saves my time
I have liked traveling since I was a child. When I was a child, my parents and I went to Europe 2 times. It was Munich and Paris. Since that time my interest in traveling has only grown. Easy and fast + great support
It was very easy and convenient to buy tickets for round trip Tivat-Dubai as this app showed me much more transer options.
but the best was the support - i had transfer in turkey and on way back i've missed my flight. Kupi's support responded very quickly and helped me to book another flight. Very helpful service and great experience

SCAM APP & FRAUD COMPANY
Never in your life buy tickets from this app and this company. They’re scammers and the company is a FRAUD. Can’t imagine that such kind of SCAM companies still exists.
You will be left without tickets and your money. The customer service intentionally doesn’t answer your queries until it’s too late, and it takes months or years to get your refund in case of flight cancellations or any other troubles. But mostly, you won’t get any response and any refund at all. They will make up lies, and they’re not interested in resolving your issues with tickets as well as they don't care about any laws or regulations.
I bought tickets in November 2021 and still fighting to get the refund for at least the refundable part of them. They never responded to my cancellation requests until the day before the flight. Then they provided incorrect information about the ticket’s fairs and at the end they just refused to do anything, basically confirming that they stole from me.
