Exceptional service
Staff are always so nice and accommodating, food is consistently delicious and of course the matcha, my personal favourite, never fails!!! I will always come back to this shop as the environment is always so welcoming and shoutout to the staff for always being so amazing :))

Their drink variety is unique. One of their foh staff, Gracia, is a friendly and thoughtful staff that she asked my name if it's a K or C in Katherine which made me felt really happy. Their kitchen staffs are also very nice and make good drinks with care and love.

customer service is really good, I love the $5 matcha deal, it is a really good deal (the main reason I come to Kumo). Everytime I go there would always be a long waiting line, if you just want to buy matcha just scan QR code then you will get it soon without having to wait in the long line. Great service
