Excellent helpful company
It is the first time I have purchased from this company, I feel I must have messed up as it stated I had bought more than I intended. When I checked my bank account I was surprised with the amount taken out. I did not realize it was US dollars and not Australian dollars, so it would be good to show that. So I emailed straight away thinking I have done my money, that was my silly fault. They contacted me withing 24 hours and adjusted my order and credited me with the extra amount. Within 4 days the money was in my account. Thank you so much for your prompt service. Excellent service from the company

Product was very poor quality
The parcel did arrive in reasonable time, however, the item is nothing like the one in the advertisement. The quality is sub-standard, and disappointing to say the least, and nothing more than a very cheap knock-off.
UPDATE:
After my review I was contacted and I have received a refund for the item, for which I am grateful to the company for stepping up. Cost of living is very difficult and no one can afford to be out of pocket for products that are purchased online. Products should match the quality of the advertised item.

Ordered Kitchen Multi-Function Stainless Steel Thickened Fruit Peeler Knife on 3/23/26; shipped 4/9/26; they asked for feedback 4/24/26 but haven't received the product; they should know that, they have tracking.
27 April 2026 product sent out 4/9/26 and as of 4/27/26 the product is in Chicago, still not near me. The shipping is very painful and not timely. It has been over 3 weeks since sent to me and over a month since I ordered. I do not recommend buying their products unless there is no timeframe required.
Once I receive the product I will see if my rating changes.
On 11 May 2026 when I returned from an overseas trip, I received the knife. It appears to be useful but the customer service and lack of timeliness is an issue.

In add says it will fit drain…
In add says it will fit drain 1.02"-1.25" and a typical bathroom sink drains is just over 1"so it should fit. However when I received the drains plug it was 1.25" across the bottom of screen so obviously it's not going to fit in a hole just slightly over 1" even though they say it will fit drains 1.02" Also there is no phone no. Anywhere and wouldn't answer my e-mail.
