I have paid extra money to receive this item from Aramex , it is not about how much i paid !
It is about the correct pricing from beginning
The delivery personal asked for a transfer or cash which i can not transfer to aramex same time bec i need ro register the beneficiary
I have to search for cash at home to give to finalize this hassel

Hello,
Sorry to hear that there was an issue with your delivery. We use DPD for the UAE, and they have their own subsidiary there, not Aramex. When I track the parcel on DPD, it states that they delivered it, and in good time (10 days): nothing about Aramex?
I'm not sure what has happened here, but am happy to discuss.
