We worked with Kular for about 2 years - they did an excellent job helping us grow our funnel. The leadership team there was responsive to feedback, quick to make changes, and resolve any problems we had.
While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

I worked with Kular for about a year. The team was great, knowledgable , helpful, insightful- all of the above. They were quick to pivot off my feedback, always available for questions, and genuinely wanted to help build a thriving funnel.
Numerous technical issues. The AI model does not follow the prompt rules. It generates many false leads. There are no proper mechanisms to verify and validate prospect data, resulting in outreach to prospects who left their companies long ago. They no longer provide account management. It’s an expensive tool with no real return.
I started with Kular early when the product first came out. The Kular Team I worked with to set it up were very professional, and really helped develop a campaign to try and capture potential prospective customers. I worked with them for almost two years and we ran several different campaigns using different products to generate new customers and leads for my company. Their business model is a no-brainer: you only pay for the leads they generate, and they help build the infrastructure needed to produce those leads. It’s a win-win because they only make money if they’re helping you generate the right leads. The service generated several leads for us over the past couple of years, but they were not the right fit for our business. After reviewing this approach for a couple of years, I do not think our business is well-suited to this model.
For many businesses, this can be a great way to generate leads at no cost. Since you pay only for the leads they generate, you can run multi-legged marketing campaigns, and this can be one leg of them. There is no reason a business should not have this running in the background while they pursue other marketing efforts, based on how this works.
The people at Kular were great to work with, and I can only say positive things about them. We parted ways in a very positive, very professional manner, and I would recommend them to any businesses looking for a low-cost way to generate leads.
On balance it's a good product. Not all the leads are perfect but the team is always quick to help in those instances
Been using Kular for a while now and genuinely really impressed. Lead generation companies are normally a nightmare to deal with, but we've landed some major clients as a result of their work.
They are accommodating, responsive, and have maintained great communication throughout. Would highly recommend.
My experience with Kular has been positive. From navigating their platform, to dealing with their customer service, I have found that Nelson and his team keep their clients and their requirements at the forefront of their service. An upvote from me.
We have managed to get positive responses and even successes on the cold email sequences (very hard to not land in spam), i.e. not just linkedin outreach. And it was a "3-click breeze" so they definitely lived up to the promise!
The most important thing is that they've got a customer success person assigned to your account which takes off a lot of the burden. Tom was very helpful and proactive, setting some systems up and providing drafts!
For various reasons, not related to kular, our business have struggled. The management were very flexible and accommodating to our situation which I value a lot (e.g. temporary discounted monthly fee when I was open about our cash flow issues)!
The worst company I have dealt with. No account management, poor leads, will lock you in to a contract. Companies were getting emails form us in February about Black Friday being just around the corner. Have never dealt with such a terrible company, avoid at all costs.
I’ve been using Kular for the past 8 months, and it has been an excellent sales development tool for our startup. The platform consistently helps us generate leads, and the support team is quick and reliable.
My main reason for using Kular is to generate more leads and grow my business. It is definitely working. I was previously paying much more for an SDR, but with Kular I’m saving money and getting better results. The platform works 24/7 and consistently follows up, which makes a huge difference.
The entire Kular team, from the CEO on down, is incredibly helpful and invested in our success. I highly recommend it.
I have been their customer for 20 months now. Have been having great results so far. Whenever I encounter any issues, I always get a prompt response from their customer support. Their CEO and founder Nelson is a great person and always comes up helping his clients whenever needed. I will give it a 5 star on all accounts. Keep up the good work Kular.
And a shout out to the fake reviews by their competitors, "Try creating great service and customers will come, do not post negative reviews for your competitors and think you have won".
Very high integrity team and their product is delivering real value. With these AI sales tools, it's very important to deal with a team that you can trust. Kular is that team.
If I could give a zero, I would. Exact same experience as the people who have already posted. Being threatened with lawsuits when they have not provided anything meaningful for service. Charged my account without my consent. Have reported to my credit card company. Do not use this company. They don't come close to providing anything remotely useful in terms of what they offer and the service is terrible. Their head of customer service disappeared and the only reason I heard from anyone was because I disputed the charge. Stay far away.
Also unsure how they can have a 2.9 rating given the ratings that have been posted.
Will require some ridiculous hoops to jump through to cancel. My business is closing and I need to close my account. Don't need the humiliation ritual of having to explain that to somebody over 2 days in a support chat.
I stopped using their service long back due to subpar leads and they are trying to charge my card. If my account is deleted, how can you have my data and especially my card data as per GDPR? I will report this to Stripe as well as file GDPR reports against the company!
