I do not know why all the bad reviews, my meal arrived on time without any problems. Perhaps it works better in London.

absolute rubbish do not use. they give you a delivery time which the actual restaurant doesn't know anything about hence delivery over an hour late & that's only after ringing the restaurant direct to chase. No response to emails

First time I used them they took my money and then they rang me and said the restaurants not open. I said well okay why weren't they offline on your website they couldn't give me an answer.

They said they're going to have to cancel my order and a refund would take 2-3 working days. I had noooo money to get another meal!! I HAD TO EAT AN APPLE FOR DINNER and they didn't seem to care. First and last time ill ever use Kukd.com BEWAREE!!!

Not even worth one star. i booked a restaurant through these buffoons (for lunch with a client) and was sent a mail confirming my booking. The restaurant had no record of my booking and we were forced to find an alternative restaurant. Kokd off.

Without knowing I ordered through this company- was re-directed through a restaurant website. The order got cancelled by the restaurant however I was debited £50.50 by KUKD.com. Told 3-5 working days to get the money back. Absolute joke, I have not even bought anything!

Email from Kukd to say our order was coming at a specific time. Order never arrived. Phoned takeaway direct and they had no record of the order. Crap.

Dont drive up the right turning lane then cut us up to jump the que!!!

Absolutely rubbish ordered takaway local takeaway clydach swansea The SPICE HUT at 18.15 hrs paid online a d mo food deliverd at time of writing this review at 22.10 hrs nearly 4hrs aftr I ordered - emailed KUKD 5 times aftr they said am agent will ring me STILL WAITING FOR THE CALL at 22. 11 hrs asked via email to KUKD for a refund of what I paid for the food nearly £19 and mo email - Rang the takaway 4 times but NO ANSWER will pass on bad reviews to locals in Clydach about Spice Hut they were obviously closed but their website showed them open POOR POOR POOR

Got told delivery would be 745-8, sat here 815. Called restaurant direct they said would be at least another 30 mins and they advised kukd of this. Kukd deny all knowledge. Ridiculous service and waste of time. Wish i had gone and picked up myself

Eurofood just stick to that, why venture into kukd.com when there is no customer service. The government are investigating this company for tax fraud. Avoid these scammers. Order directly to Takeaways and restaurants. Why be lazy?

Great to place a takeaway order online, got a good selection of takeaways, used it a few times, every times I’ve ordered I’ve recieved loyalty points!

TOOK MONEY FOR A CLOSED SHOP! Refunded money, however, waiting 35 mins for an order only to find out that it wasn't coming and that they were refunding my money at a later date was totally unacceptable.

Will not be using again!

Sending me unsolicited emails. Getting sick and tired of companies abusing my private data. I would ask where they got my data from but I doubt I would get an answer judging by their lack of customer service.

Ordered food at 6:30pm via kukd.com but at 8:30 after no food had arrived rang the restaurant to be told they’d received no order and there was nothing they could do. I emailed kukd straight away 48 hours later are still waiting for an explanation and refund? Will never use them or the Tamarind in Abergavenny ever again. Utter disgrace and appalling service.

Ordered food thinking the restaurant was open they took the money only telling me to wait 5 day that's not the worst part obviously the order got cancelled but they didn't send me an email to day look your order was cancelled plus no confirmation to say I'll get my money back but I've opened a PayPal case Now kukd is a scam keep your money do not order from them please I've been unable to eat this evening order number is 288272 please sort this

Absolute disgrace ordered a takeaway they took my money didn't deliver the whole order even delivered late and offered no refund and customer service is, I would say bad but it's an under statement, shocking... avoid at all costs

Accepted order & money. Sent "food is on its way" email. Then 35 minutes later - emailed to cancel order claiming "resteraunt not accepting orders".

Fortunatly, I used paypal so got money back.

Rude staff later claimed I'd given them wrong phone number!! When you use paypal - the registered number and address are visible with the order.

Liars - time wasters - rude and incompident.

Dont waste your time - read the reviews and order directly from the resteraunt (even if they don't accept paypal).

They took payment for a restaurant who were closed and told me I had to wait 5 working days for a refund

Scammed by kukd; ordered takeaway from Anjappar which was actually closed that day. Goodbye money. Utter crooks.
