I wish I read the company reviews before I parted with my money....tried to cancel the order and got zero response. Customer service is awful. Now I've got to open a dispute with PayPal and hope they refund me :(

This company is shocking, goods got lost in transit in Germany and kugoo would not refund me saying when they get a refund from DHL then I would get mine. Fortunately paypal got involved and now i have had a refund. Also they are very poor in replying. DO NOT BUY FROM KUGOO

Avoid kugoo m4 electric scooter - stem is loose and can't be tightened - very unsafe and dangerous to use. Kugoo not honouring warranty and refusing to send replacement stem for scooter to make secure and safe.

I ordered the S1 Pro on 26th June and it's been almost 2 weeks. They said my package would be shipped from Poland to Germany first and then to UK. The tracking number they gave me shows a package was delivered to Germany on the 2nd of July. I emailed them and they keep telling me they will let me know when it is shipped from Germany. Has anyone not gotten their package?! I paid with PayPal can I get a refund if they scammed me ?!! PLEASE HELP - I don't see a way to comment on a review here so I'll just keep checking the reviews here for help. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!

Update - I received my E-scooter on the 9th oh July. Packaging was in good condition. Only thing is that it's very shaky, vibrates a lot on the roads. Seriously considering changing the tires.

Got the scooter and the battery packed in after 3 weeks,waiting over 2 months for a new battery off them and still no sign and they have stopped answering my emails…. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Hi All, If anyone is reading this and is able to help. I bought a scooter off the website which says 7day full refund policy, on the 2nd day scooter stopped working and was told by the team its a faulty battery and they will send me a new one, as i am in my 7day refund period, will i be able to get a refund, if not then has anyone paid through paypal and was able to get a refund?

1star is too many.

We bought this scooter in December 2020, and by February 2021 it would no longer charge. (We came back from a ride, plugged it in, heard a “pop” & saw smoke). After reaching out MANY times to both Kugoo and the seller, providing photos and videos of the problem, they decided in mid-JUNE that they wouldn’t honor the warranty citing “it shorted out because it got wet”.

Nope. We never rode it in the rain, and it was always stored indoors.

Worthless customer service. Huge waste of €845. Buyer beware.

Scooter worked great for a few months. Then motor bearings went.

Warranty asked for pictures, proof of purchase, etc. Very responsive until i asked how to proceed. Never heard back again.

I bought a KUGOO M4 PRO and was very happy with it until I had an issue and the scooter would not move anymore (after approx. 120 km !). I contacted the KUGOO support service many times but never received any answer. This is terrible as I cannot use my scooter anymore. DO NOT BUY KUGOO

really really sad to say it but dont buy the kugoo booster the screws are so cheap that i had to drill it out and now its no possible to sample again

I brought a kugoo S1 pro just over a year ago and after 5 weeks it just died!!!!!!, I have been in contact with kugoo who I brought it directly from since. The battery life died but they wouldn’t replace it?, 5 times I sent them requested videos of the problem but every time they wanted another video even after sending a video of it working with another battery. Do not buy a kugoo I have all email and corespondents to prove how bad this company is. Please don’t buy a kugoo I’ve done it twice and I’m still regretting it a year after the last one

I bought 2 as Christmas presents from 2 different store and since boxing day I've had nothing but trouble first handle bars came loose still today can't be repaired, then to top if off getting a puncture might aswell mean bin it trying to change the inner tubes are ridiculous, the struggle trying to replace it isn't worth the hassle, but if you do manage to change it especially the rear one you'll either end up with a wobbling hub and the breaks probably won't work, my kids get about 3 days out of a month on them b4 something comes loose or breaks then it takes hrs to try fix or replace, to say I paid all this money I'm very disappointed and most definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND

Bought the G booster direct from kugoo, I have to say that I have never encountered a customer service this extraordinary, it is so shockingly appalling.

I received my scooter over a month from ordering it, when I received it dispite paying £30.00 it was standard and it showed when I received it, as the box was torn to shreds the lights on the scooter had been damaged, the scooter wouldn't charge up, the seat couldn't be fitted as the holes wasn't drilled properly.

When I contacted kugoo they were painfully slow to respond and never got the issue sorted in the end, as they were completely unwilling to send a box to send it back, how disappointing, in the end I spend alot of money hiring a engineer to fix these issues.

However, was able to reclaim the money for the scooter, back from my credit card company.

HERE IS MY MESSAGE TO YOU ALL, I ABSOLUTELY BEG OF YOU TO NEVER UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, DISPITE HOW MUCH YOU LOVE THE LOOK OF THE SCOOTER OR WHETHER THE CHEAP PRICE OF WHAT APPEARS TO BE A GOOD SCOOTER, DO NOT BUY THIS SCOOTER YOU WILL JUST BE INVITING TROUBLE FOR YOURSELF.

Very late delivery.
I have ordered a scooter and it's been more than 10 days. Long delays in shipment. It's not delivered yet. And they charged me £30 as standard delivery charge. Don't buy in this website if you expect for fast delivery.

Bought a kugoo G2 pro, had damage to plastic, damage to rubber on handle bar like it had been dropped and the metal punctured through, then went past 20mph and the thing felt like was skating on ice. Got home took it off the floor, spun the wheels and it had wobbly wheels, very uneven which was causing the problem, luckily I didn't buy direct from kugoo and I am getting a refund, but you can just Google kugoo wheel wobble and there's lots of Google results, mainly on there top model, the g booster

I ordered a kugoo g-max that I received after 2 months after when their shop was literally 10 min drive from my home. I took it for a first ride and thats it, it just stopped responding after that, I could turn it on but no throttle. I’ve been emailing their customer service since but never got an answer from them. Avoid this company as much as you can. I’m back to my Mi pro 2, less powerful but never had a single problem with in more than a year of daily use.

I wish I would have seen these reviews before spending $600...

After 6 rides, my scooter will not run. I have been emailing for a few days and have received no response.

A complete rip off. Crappy product and no customer service.

I'll revise if I hear from them, but I don't have high hopes. Very sad. I need the scooter for transportation and I can't afford to lose so much money. I don't know what I'm going to do.

Would not recommend.

UPDATE: They have continued to give me the runaround and will not send a shipping label for me to send the broken scooter back. They have offered $120 to get it repaired, but that doesn't cover the cost of the hourly fee for the mechanic... Essentially, I have lost $650 and all I have to show for it is a broken scooter. This is a TERRIBLE company. Seriously... do not waste your money.

Bad customer support, sent few emails, been weeks and they didn't answer me back, so just be advised if you buy a kugoo scooter, be prepared to fix it yourself, don't rely on Kugoo

Bought my scooter s1 pro 2 months ago in November 28th and now it’s January 19th still hasn’t arrived even tho it said on the 23rd of December it got shipped out anyone else have this problem?
