They stole £100 , truly scammers, stay away from them.
I had put money in quite a while back it’s totally disappeared, I strongly advise you don’t use this platform.
I learnt from other users it’s a scam but it was too late.

I would like to share my story case number : 10188735

On July 24th, KuCoin sent me a KYC request. I filled it out immediately. They asked for additional documents, which I also provided without delay.

Since then, I have been following up constantly for over a month. I have never received a response from the compliance team only automated replies from customer service telling me the case is “being processed”. It never was.

Just yesterday, I contacted support again on telegram,someone reached out to me privately claiming they would help resolve my case. Yet over 24 hours later, I still have no reply.

At this point, it’s been over 30 days of waiting just to get a simple response from compliance despite having submitted all requested documents, and even extra ones to make sure the case was complete.

This is unacceptable.

And I am not the only one complaining.

I have been dealing with a serious issue on KuCoin for more than two days. One of my bots is completely frozen – the position keeps moving but the profit is stuck, even though the market value has already increased.

I have submitted several tickets and sent multiple screenshots with clear evidence, but all I receive are generic automated replies. This is extremely frustrating and completely unacceptable for a platform that claims to be reliable and safe.

I demand that this issue be escalated to a supervisor immediately and properly resolved. I should be able to close my bot and recover my initial investment together with the profits it generated. Instead, I am losing both money and time because of KuCoin’s failure.

Frozen account for weeks without giving any reason. I guess it’s because of my arabic name.

I tried using their bot to trade and after a long time without attending to it, all my funds vanished, reported the case to them and they ignore, I has to sort the intervention of RoseLane(G.P)

My experience with Kucoin has been horrendous. When they pulled out of the US, they essentially locked me out of my account and made it very difficult to return my $1000+ in assets from the app, and kucoin takes the cake for the Worst customer service I have ever seen, it took me 6 months to get the issue resolved. Nothing in their app is intuitive or user-friendly. Will not be coming back.

THIEVES !!! Beware !!

This app is not user friendly. You cannot withdraw cash to your bank you need to send crypto to an exchange first THEN sell the coin there to be able to withdraw cash. It's so complicated on the security set up as well really drained me mentally to succeed. I since have long left this exchange. Not a good experience for me.

I went into dispute this a seller called MiraGroup s.r.o in kucoin. he gave all his best fake evidence and i presented mine after sending him money. Despite giving moderators clues of mistake of his editing i still lost dispute when they ignored me. Since my number was visible when presenting evidence in my bank app. the seller texted me in whatsapp and said he is sorry. 3350 EUR lost a whole monht. he said if i dont have a money to bribe moderator i should never come back in that platform. We talked and chatted and he laughed and even showed me chats how he scammed same time another woman 1250 EUR. and gives shares to kucoin people he works with. Total scambags. Stay way from KUCOIN!!!!

Over 6 weeks ago, I submitted a support request for an XRP deposit made without a destination tag.

I provided ALL required documents, including a notarized legal statement signed by a lawyer in Dubai. I’ve followed up via email and Twitter many times.

Still, I’ve only received copy-paste replies and vague promises of escalation. No timeline. No transparency. No action.

This is completely unacceptable. KuCoin has failed to provide even the most basic level of support.

What a scam, I've been using the Futures trading bot, I set three stop/loss trigger points and only one of them triggered. Ok, i only lost 60usdt but that's not the point here. I have read about this Kucoin exchange but thought surely it can't be as bad as what I'm reading. But yes it is! Unregulated too, I'll just use up the remaining usdt that I have left and that's it for me on this exchange. As soon as you enter a trade, your about 2usdt down before you start. how they get away with that is behond me? Take it from me this is a very dodgy exchange.

I’m very disappointed with KuCoin.

My verified account was suddenly frozen without any prior warning. When I contacted KuCoin support, they claimed it was under "risk control" and told me to contact a police officer. However, **they never provided any details about the transaction that caused this issue**.

I’ve emailed both KuCoin and the officer (whose email they provided), clearly asking for the details (TXID, amount, sender, etc.) so I can identify the transaction and respond properly. **Till now, I haven’t received a single reply from the officer**, and KuCoin keeps avoiding clear answers.

I am not a merchant on KuCoin, but I use the platform to manage client transfers and personal trading. As a result, **my clients’ funds are now stuck**, and they are legally pursuing me for answers. This puts me at serious legal risk, while KuCoin remains silent and unhelpful.

I have sent proof of my identity, my business model, and my clean trading history. I was also a verified merchant on Binance P2P with zero negative feedback. I am fully transparent and cooperative.

This experience is extremely frustrating, and if no resolution is provided, I will escalate legally and publicly. I strongly advise others to avoid using KuCoin.

First time of using KuCoin and expected better from such a large exchange.

I sent a BTC deposit (0.00011443 BTC) to my KuCoin wallet, which is confirmed on the blockchain. However, support says the amount is “lost” because it’s below the deposit threshold — even though the funds clearly arrived at my wallet address.

This feels unfair and unrecoverable for a user who followed the steps correctly but wasn’t clearly warned about thresholds.

I’ve submitted a support ticket and hope this gets resolved. I will update this review based on the outcome.

Overall, KuCoin is solid for experienced traders looking for variety and low fees—but if you need reliable support, fast withdrawals, and full peace of mind, be aware that the platform still has some friction and responsiveness issues.

Pretty awful overall, using the mobile app you can't even customise basic chart indicators such as EMA, the most basic of chart functions...

I placed a P2P order on KuCoin, paid the seller, and when they refused to release the crypto, I opened an appeal. KuCoin’s team confirmed my claim and told the seller to refund me. That was over 48 hours ago, and I’ve received no refund or release of funds.

Support is completely unresponsive. Live chat delays, tickets ignored, and KuCoin has not enforced its own appeal ruling.

This is unacceptable for a major exchange. I’m still waiting for my money to be returned. I urge others to be extremely careful using KuCoin P2P

I got scammed on KuCoin P2P. The buyer didn’t provide any proof and support ignored me for over a week. They froze my funds and did nothing. KuCoin is protecting scammers, not users. This is a warning.

After nearly a month of not being able access my account my USDT assets have magically 'vanished' but yet they're still taking 'dormancy fees'. Help centre doesn't actually exist and queries are met with a stock standard email regarding dormancy fees and not the actual issue of missing funds. Lost $150 so not much I guess but enough to make me angry. DON'T USE THEM!!!
31st July 2025 - after threatening them with legal action and complaints to the authorities they relented and deleted my account without needed to supply them with ID….this is of course after using my fingerprint to access the platform on my phone.

SCAMMERS! WE INVESTED ALOT OF MONNEY IN KUCOIN, THEY TOOK EVERYTHING! NO WAY OF GETTING BACK OUR FUNDS. STAY AWAY!
