I can't tell if it is a scam or if they are just highly inefficient. I paid 1.2k in September 2022 to get a guaranteed account in a couple of weeks. Since then they have become less and less responsive and finally said they would give a refund in May 2023, less an application fee of 250 euros. It is now July 2023 and I still have not received this refund and they have stopped replying to me since saying they would provide a refund.

Update August 2023: After posting this review, a refund was provided, less an application fee of 250 euros. it is disappointing that I had to chase so many times and then post this review to finally get the refund (whilst still losing 250 euros in the process).

Our HK company needed an European bank account, and they have successfully get us an account in about two weeks, they are working with multiple bank accounts and they took care of the entire communication with the bank, they save us important time, I highly recommend them for any company that need a bank account in Europe, I want to mention that they are friendly and always reply to all my questions.

Had introduced client's to that company for the services of Bank Account and Card Processing and always had good assistance of their team and solutions for what was required. If you are on the high risk industry, you need to know how proceed and the partners to work with.
