Stay away from KTWO!

I should have known that this company was a scam from the get go. My bad. Way too cheap of a price. My VISA was charged with no product delivered. VISA would not address this since I gave them my card number. I now have to watch my account closely to avoid future charges. STAY AWAY FROM KTWO Group!

This company is a scam

This company is a scam. I tried to order a product, but the site said my credit card was not acceptable. I tried two other cards with same result. I tried several times to contact company using their support site email, but never got a response. Then, the company refused to accept emails from me. About a week later, my Visa credit card account was hacked. Visa cancelled the account and is sending me a new card. My experience is similar to others who have written comments.

No good

My credit cards did not work on this site. I tried four of them. I called VISA, and they told me that within minutes of my putting the card on the site, someone had added my card number to their Apple Pay wallet in a different state and a different country. The MasterCard representative told me the same thing. VISA told me always look to see if a website company has a physical address, a phone number, and an email address.

In this case I had looked up the company on a scam-detector site and read that it was reputable. But VISA told me that what scammers do is use the same name as a reputable site, so when looking up a company do not use the company name, but rather use the company email. For example, there are two Amazons, one legit and one fraud. So if you just look up the name of the company, you may read that the site is legit when it's not. And if the email address is not on the site, beware.

I have just had to cancel four credit and debit cards. Now I know why this site was offering me an e-reader for $16.00 which costs $199.00 on the legitimate site.
