Easy to get windscreen replacement
Call was quick and easy, claim was made then for windscreen replacement. Windscreen company called right after I got off the phone and sorted repair.

Luke was a total legend in helping to organise insurance cover. His industry and personal knowledge helped to make the application and purchase seamless. All questions answered, no question too big of an ask, and the assistance in explaining simply which cover options were available made the entire process easier to deal with.

Claim process started well but then had…
Claim process started well but then had to contact several times after having waited several weeks without hearing anything. It felt as if nothing was going to happen until I pressed with a few phone calls to get approval for repairs to go ahead.

I contacted KT re a broken rear window…
I contacted KT re a broken rear window on my MAZDA BT50 utility canopy. On telephoning KT and lodging my claim I received a confirmation email within one hour acknowledging my claim advising the procedures required to have the damage assessed and repaired. The window was fitted by my repairer in Strathalbyn and on laying the invoice and lodging the paid invoice to KT I received a response within two hours advising that the claim had been approved for payment and that the payment was being processed. I received my reimbursement within four days. The KT Staff who handled my claim were very professional in handling my claim Thank you KT
