Outstanding service!
Honestly, I couldn't be happier with Ktec Telescopes. Top tier service, no doubts there. Buying a star tracker was a long process for me because of the different ones out there, so finding the Star adventurer and Ktec Telescopes was a sigh of relief. However, upon the purchase day, the Adventurer pack was sold out. With some hope I contacted Ktec, and they really went the extra mile with my request. I bought the pack without the tripod, but asked if I could recieve that when they had stock. Today, I received the tripod. Thank you Ktec for accommodating my request and for your professional and trustworthy standards. Tripod at last!
I will definitely be back once my pocket has recovered. Also, I will definitely be recommending you and your services. Thanks again!

Excellent service!!
I recently had a damaged corrector plate on my Nexstar 5SE, which I was assuming would need to be sent back to Celestron. I contacted Steven at Ktec and he couldn’t have been more helpful. I sent the scope up to Steve and he managed to get a replacement glass from Celestron and not only that he replaced and calibrated the glass in his own time. I am regularly ordering items off Ktec and their service is brilliant, would not go anywhere else now.
