My son has attended one mind for 5 years the hard work and dedication by staff and pupil is oustanding very supportive and thrive every day keep going guys

My daughter age 11 has been coming along to the club for around 4 years now.

From day one she has had such a positive experience with this martial arts organisation. The instructors make her feel so welcome, supported, and encouraged.

What really stands out is how patient and motivating the coaches are and how inclusive the club is as a whole. John and Abbi, the owners, are so friendly and approachable. Nothing is ever too much hassle.

My daughter was asked a short time ago to be part of their teaching team which has excelled her confidence and personable skills she can use later in life!

My daughter has been to many clubs in the past but this has been a completely different experience. I have and would recommend this club to everyone!!

Abbie and John have created a welcoming atmosphere at their dojang in Polbeth. The classes are fun and not too rigid, but also teach values like respect and encourage. My kid has attended for over 2 years, and it’s great for them to build their strength, coordination and confidence, all while having fun. Seeing the confidence and high kicks of such young kids, and the leadership of the slightly older kids is inspiring. I highly recommend the wee warriors class for P1s and up

An absolutely fantastic martial arts academy John , abbie and the full team make you feel so welcome especially for kids they all make you feel part of the family.

As a family, we honestly can’t recommend One Mind Martial Arts enough. My two daughters, aged 7 and 11, along with myself as a 40-year-old dad working full time, all attend classes and it has been such a positive experience for every one of us.

The instructors have an amazing way of building confidence and discipline in the children without it ever feeling forced or overly strict. You can really see the respect they encourage amongst the students, not just towards the instructors but towards each other as well.

For me personally, it has also been brilliant. It’s a great way to stay fit, clear the mind after work and be part of something genuinely positive.

The atmosphere feels like one big family. Everyone is welcoming, supportive and encouraging no matter your age or ability level. Watching my daughters grow in confidence and self-belief since joining has been amazing, and being able to share that journey with them myself makes it even more special.

We’re genuinely grateful to be part of such a great club.
