5 year warranty YES, actually NO.
Bought a coffee machine for our business 12 months ago. Wanted some samples of coffee etc to try, but then I needed to buy it. Tried their Coffee, Chocolate and was not very happy with the quality. Our customers overwhelmingly said what we had used before, was better. So we went back to our old supplier.
Fast forward I year, and I am told that the 5 year warranty I was told we had on the coffee machine was only valid if we purchased their coffee etc. Possibly buried in some terms and conditions, I need to check, but it is nowhere on their website.
Beware the small print, even small vending companies like this, will try to get the most out of the deal, and change to holding you to ransom.
Stick the 5 year warranty, it probably comes with a lot of "well actually that's not included" or "that's not covered".
