Not sure what is going on with this…
Not sure what is going on with this company. I’ve been eyeballing their service for about 9 months because I really would like to grow my account organically and exponentially and they are the only service that seemed to be legit. I was told that their customer support has been having a lot of inbound conversations which I could understand. But, yesterday I finally got in touch with their live support and asked them for a consultation for my account and they said they’d call me. As far as I can see, I never got a call. I even waited by the phone for about 20 minutes and had my ringer on. Never got a call. I’m highly disappointed right now because I really want to believe in their service, but if I can’t get in touch with their support (which is important for any company), I don’t feel comfortable enough purchasing their service. I’m seen more great reviews than bad reviews, so I think unfortunately I just caught them at a really bad time. I am more than willing to change my review if I can get in touch with anyone, but for now I’m disappointed.

Update: Finally got in contact with someone from their team and they explained everything! I am more comfortable now trying the service:)

2nd Update: Completely frustrated with this service. I believe the latest reviews of this service are fake. I paid for the service Monday. I paid over $400 for this service. Before, I sent the money through, Kevin was getting back to me pretty consistently. It’s been 4 days and and I sent about 4-5 emails since I paid and no response. I told Kevin that I’ve been eyeballing this service for months and was so excited to finally try it and it looks as though they are taking advantage. There customer service is pretty much non existent at this point. There is still a part of me that wants to believe that I have not just been scammed out of hundreds of dollars. It also seems really convenient that there has been a surge of positive reviews since they completely ghosted me days ago. There’s even one review I read on trust pilot that says that “there customer service is great”. There customer service does not exist. No one has been getting back to me. I always say I will change my review if anything changes, but I’m basically preparing myself for the worse. I hope these updates help someone in the future.

LAST Update:
My review was taken down, but DO NOT believe this company. I have nothing but proof that they are scammers. They are scammers, scammers, scammers!! They replied to someone's review below with all of these excuses as to why they did not provide that person service. They are lying. I have never lied about being scammed before, so why would I do it now? Also, notice how with every negative review, in their response, they are basically just blaming the customer and saying “you should have done this” and “you should have done that”. They do not take accountability and just refund people their money back that THEY STOLE! I trusted this company with over $400 and they stole it from me. Do not waste your time.

Micayla, a fantastic wordsmith, aided me. She was genuine and helpful. It would have been preferable if they could have gotten me into Forbes as they did for my opponent, but we had terrific publicity and a lot of interest.

This is not a fake review, this is a note to everyone that Krystal is the best out there for their price and what they have to offer. Customer service is amazing. I am so grateful I found them. I am so overwhelmed that I never thought this could be possible.

The support use to be fast but now it seems to be getting slower. I use to get a agent in a few minuts but now its like 1-2 hours of waiting, I hope this changes soon.
