Went to this place in lack of available…

Went to this place in lack of available restaurants a Saturday eve. The service was waiting a long time - we ordered noodles and chicken sticks for the children. Got rice. Asked for noodles. Waited over 15 mins for noodles. We Got the impression, that the staff were very busy with hanging with relatives. When we expressed our experience when paying, (requested not to pay for the noodles we asked for at first) we got told they would call the police if we didn’t want to pay. Thank you, next.
