Absolutely terrible experience
I paid for a 2-year subscription and feel completely ripped off. The service was unreliable from the start, with constant buffering, channels that wouldn't load, and endless frustration trying to watch content I had already paid for.
Then came the January 2026 changes. Krooz announced changes to their domain, login system and apps, and after that I was effectively locked out of my account. Despite having a valid subscription that runs until September, I could no longer log in through TiviMate or their own app. Hours were wasted trying different setups, reinstalling apps and re-entering details that were supposedly correct.
Customer service was non-existent. When the service stopped working, they refused to provide any meaningful help and showed no interest in resolving the issue. Once they had my money, it felt like they simply didn't care.
I paid for a 2-year subscription and got nothing, total scammers! Constant buffering, dead channels, login problems, and endless frustration. A complete waste of money.
My advice: stay well away. I took the risk and regretted it. If you're thinking about handing over your money for an iptv provider, don't go near these scammers.
