I wanted to give feedback to highlight great customer service received from Lauren Quinlan this morning. Lauren took up a settlement request made by telephone in the absence of our account manager and resolved this with the minimun of fuss and in an extremely professional manner keeping me updated with progress.

Lauren and James were very helpful in getting a Trade launched in time for month end, despite there being some significant obstacles. They were both responsive and flexible. It is greatly appreciated!
