This one has been hurting the most and been on my mind for quite some time, so here we go. I do not recommend hiring Kristen McCall for business consulting or venture launch services. I contracted Kristen to help launch my new venture, convinced she was the perfect person to guide me through this critical phase.
Initially, everything seemed promising during our first three sessions. However, after taking my hard-earned money, Kristen completely stopped responding to my emails - a total flip in behavior that left me stunned. Despite multiple attempts to reach her, I was met with complete silence.
I understand she was going through pregnancy at the time, which I tried to be understanding about. However, three years later, I'm still waiting for the deliverables she promised to deliver. The lack of communication and disregard has been deeply disappointing.
At one point, Kristen did offer to provide a refund, which gave me hope that she had some decency and would make things right. Unfortunately, after three more unresponded emails regarding the refund, I realised she was simply stringing me along again.
Building a business is challenging enough without having to deal with service providers who take your money and disappear. The impact goes beyond the financial loss - it's the broken trust and wasted time during a crucial period of my life. I didn't even tell my wife how I got played , not even mentioning the thousands lost
This isn't meant as a rant, but rather as a warning to others considering her services.
I deeply regret hiring Kristen McCall for my business launch and strongly advise thinking twice before hiring her.
