I was looking for a physical gift card for a Christmas present for someone. I can't find a way to get a digital one as every link leads to nothing. I went into the Cresent at the end of November inquiring and was told that physical cards would be available from the first of December. I went in today to ask and was told they aren't in yet and to come back tomorrow. I don't mind not having a physical one but I would've appreciated it if I was given a solution. Why doesn't Ireland have digital gift cards available? Just feeling very disappointed with the company, not the workers

In Blanchardstown centre Chelsea is very kind and an excellent worker and gorgeous obviously and she is very respectful

I visit Krispy Kreme everyday about twice a day .I always have coffee and about 3 times a week I have a doughnut.I do a lot of charity work and buy them doughnuts when I go ,.I learnt today that KK are having a revamp of staff and the person I have known for 7 years is being made redundant.I won’t say what store because this could compromise her position But she and her team have been not only given me great service always But have been there through some very bad times .So sad what is happening in retail and we only have Mr Starmer to thank for that

the first time they opened in Blanchardstown they were giving out free doughnuts hot off the machine, absolutely delicious. For a while we were driving to blanch to get a hotbox but then they started to say we don't have any hot boxes etc. We need a way to get a hotbox without having to risk a 25 min drive. any ideas krispy?

I lost my reciept,but wanted to leave a review for Katie and the girls at the Crescent store. Service was speedy, and great. Katie was very helpful. The place was clean and neat. The displays vey pleasing to the eye. Can't wait to tuck in

Went to krispy kreme in omni shopping centre!! Poor customer service!! Ruins your day!! Donuts were great but the customer service needs improvement! We all have tough days but no need to be bitter to the customers!!

Placed a order online and only recieved half the order. Nó contact number for the store can only Ring Blanchardstown. Absolute joke wont be a customer again.

My son was looking forward to go and get 🍩 when the shop opened today for first time in Limerick. Unfortunately didn't get nothing because he doesn't own a card had only cash with him. Well for sure we won't be a customers there just probably like a majority of limerick. Anyway from reviews here we didn't miss anything who wants to eat stale doughnuts.

I was in the cork store yesterday and purchased a box of 4 donuts.
Cost was €12.
The donuts were absolutely disgusting!
They were not fresh, the toppings on them had a stale taste.
The lady that served us was very nice, no complaints there.
But the Donuts are not worth it.

I had placed an order for collection from the Pavilions store and then realised that my son would be in town on the morning of collection. I sent a mail to change the order to the Dame Street location and Christie sorted everything and sent me through confirmation. Great service, well done Christie.

I had a complaint. I bought doughnuts twice in the same store and they weren't fresh. Staff replied to me almost immediately and continued to go so while checking out the complaint. Was very satisfied with the end result. Staff were very friendly and reassuring.

After having a bit of a bad experience, I was so happy to hear from Erin, who wanted to hear about what happened and was keen to rectify the issue. I reached out with a small issue that was quickly fixed by a lovely woman called Christie, she was just fab! What fantastic customer service they offer. Really please with this company with how quick and efficient they are. The donuts are absolutely incredible too!
