I ordered a Kreo Chimera from their website on Sunday, 12th October 2025. The site clearly mentioned that shipping would happen within one day, but the order was only shipped on 15th October — already a delay.
Later, the expected delivery date changed from 18th to 20th October, which was frustrating because I had to go out of town for Diwali on 20th October.
The logistics partner was Delhivery, and that’s where everything went wrong. On 19th October, my parcel reached the nearest local warehouse — just 7 km from my home. Around 12 PM, the tracking status said “Out for delivery.” I waited hopefully, thinking it would reach before I left. I waited for 1.5 hours, but no one came, and I never got a single call from the delivery agent.
When I checked later that evening, the status showed “No code received.” Still, I stayed patient and rescheduled the delivery for 22nd October through Kreo’s website. But here’s the most annoying part — on the rescheduled day, the parcel didn’t come at all! 😭
Instead, it kept showing “Out for delivery” every day after the 19th, and after just three failed attempts, it was sent back to Kreo’s warehouse in Bangalore — without a refund.
When I contacted Kreo’s support team, they said they couldn’t change the delivery date because it was handled entirely by Delhivery.
To be fair, it’s not fully Kreo’s fault, but the initial shipping delay and their choice of a poor logistics company led to this whole mess. The delivery agents never even called, which made it worse.
I genuinely hope Kreo stops using Delhivery and partners with Blue Dart or FedEx, who handle customer timelines much better.
Sadly, I never received my order, so I’m giving 1 star.
Don’t buy anything from kreo they just don’t give damm about customers, my kreo hive keyboard stopped functioning after few months and they are not giving proper reply to my problem nor they are giving any solution or replacement not worth it and you can check the scam on the website of sale like the keyboard was costing around 3.5k without diwali sale and now it cost around same even in sale because they have put keyboard prices 10k and giving it on a sale of 56% price remain same what a shitty scam
Please avoid kreo product. I bought a mouse it has a problem that I have never seen in my life. My mouse stops working after 10-15 mins of use. I have to charge again to use it. After 15 mins it dies again.
Trash Company & Products. Purchased a Chimera Mouse. Within year it gives Double Click issue intermittently and the sensor randomly snaps to different positions on its own. When contacted via Email, they ask you to connect through Whatsapp. When contacted via Whatsapp, they ask you to make video proof as if these issues tell you before they happen. Absolute trash and product scam. STAY AWAY.
Bought a Mouse pad from the website. It was $5, generic mouse pad but fast deliver online. They also are a trusted seller on Amazon and Flipkart Assured (in India, in your country it may vary). Great company and I hope to get their mouse on Christmas.
I bought Mic from them 4 months back and its below Ok and last week i bought their Webcam, it's rating was not good on Amazon but awesome on their websites, today i review their reviews my most on them are on same date or in serials date. DON"T BUY FROM THEM.
