We tried to get a Kreafunk A Jazz Stone and finally succeeded. The A Jazz Stone has a fantastic design; we really like both the design and the sound quality. The sound of the A Jazz Stone is very enjoyable.

I purchased the Kreafunk Dabbie, wheat colour from JB Hi Fi Marketplace and it arrived today. The buttons are inscribed but the lettering is not coloured or readable other than with a magnifying glass and a strong light. The radio crackles on FM stations and it is worse when the battery is charging. This is not the quality you would expect from a danish manufacturer, and is not worthy of a purchase.

We’ve been using them for 2 weeks and morning wakeups are a little more manageable with the calming sounds and the backlight from the new model alarm.
It is a little confusing, to turn off the alarm, but that get’s you up i suppose and will become easier with use.

I ordered a speaker for Christmas. The first delivery was unfortunately the wrong color. However, kreafunk offered great support and I received the correct product within a few days. The speaker is of good quality and has a great sound.

I ordered a pair of Buzz headphones in Ivory Sand as a Christmas gift for my daughter, but I received them in Dusty Green. I reported the issue immediately and contacted customer service multiple times, yet I have received no response at all.
I haven’t tried the headphones since they are a Christmas present, but the delivery itself was fast. Receiving the wrong colour and being ignored by customer service is very disappointing.

I placed an order (#43010) and was looking forward to receiving my Kreafunk products. Unfortunately, the company shipped the wrong items for a part of my order. This was a clear fulfillment error on Kreafunk’s side.
Upon contacting customer service to arrange an exchange, I was met only with robotic, template responses that completely ignored my specific problem. The company refuses to acknowledge their mistake or take responsibility for their shipping error.
Crucially, Kreafunk is demanding that I pay the return shipping costs myself to send back the items they incorrectly shipped.
I have already paid shipping once for an order that was fulfilled incorrectly. To ask the customer to pay again to correct the seller's mistake is unacceptable and dishonest business practice.
Avoid this company if you value accurate order fulfillment and proper customer support. They make mistakes and then force the customer to bear the financial burden of fixing them.
Resolution needed: Kreafunk must provide a pre-paid return label immediately and ship the correct items without any further charge to me.
I contacted already I because my headphones I bought in January were no longer working… and they replaced them straight away with a newer model. This is fantastic customer service.
I bought some headphones about a year ago, great colors, quality of sound and design but recently the left side was not playing. I contacted the customer service team and they right away solved the problem and sent me a brand new pair and threw in a free headset microphone. Really great service and I love the headphones! Would highly recommend this company.

Ordered 2 powerbanks and they are both useless.
Only charge less than 30% of my phone once empty.
Already left a bad review recently. Kreafunk replied to my review and sent friendly message and asked me to get in touch with their customer service.
Sent a few emails and reminders, but hear absolutely nothing from them. Really bad this!
