Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Considering 122 reviews, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many customers found the product ineffective and that it failed to work as advertised, often leading to more cleaning or new stains. People frequently reported that the product did not prevent rings or stains, and in some cases, even caused new issues like rust-like stains or black residue in the toilet. Many felt that the product was a waste of money, especially given its high price, and did not live up to the manufacturer's claims. Conversely, a small portion of people felt satisfied, noting that the product helped remove mineral rings and kept their toilets clean, particularly in cases where they had hard water issues. Some also mentioned that after an initial period, the product effectively eliminated slime and reduced the frequency of cleaning.

First of all

First of all, I’m not sure why this page is listed under “Carpet Cleaners United?”this page is clearly for Krazy Klean. maybe it’s just sloppy, or maybe it’s another deceptive strategy to avoid accountability??

That said, do NOT waste your money. Krazy Klean is incredibly misleading, and in my experience, a total scam!! they claim you’ll “never have to scrub your toilet again” and that their product is “self cleaning” and lasts 10 years lol, but none of that was true. I followed their instructions, gave it time, and my toilet looked exactly the same. It did nothing. I tried to return it under their so called “90 day risk-free trial,” and was ignored. I’ve since seen HUNDREDS of other reviews from people with the same experience, promised refunds, then ghosted or gaslit.

Even the technology behind the product is a joke. Magnetic water treatment has been thoroughly debunked and labeled fraudulent, yet this company continues to profit off it while misleading customers.

I’ve filed a PayPal dispute, submitted complaints, and documented everything: from screenshots of their misleading ads to their silence after I reached out. If you’re thinking of buying this product, don’t fall for the hype. It’s a useless gimmick sold by a company that doesn’t stand behind its claims or care about doing right by customers. Avoid.

The product does not do what it claims

The product does not do what it claims, I bought the three pack for my three toilets and they made no difference at all, further research shows the very limited effectiveness of using magnets to purify water. It’s pseudo science at its best. Magnets are always a popular choice for these kinds of schemes. From free energy to toilet cleaning, it’s bunk. All these consist of are two magnets placed in a plastic shell- that’s it.

Product does not work!

I received my Krazy Klean filters at the end of January and immediately placed them in all four of my toilets. I still receive rings and discoloration in all of the toilets and therefore continue to require proper scrubbing. This product does not work. I have reached out to customer service and have received no contact back. Very disappointing.☹️

Save your money.

I purchased 3 of the toilet cleaners at the end of January and I only used two of them and I have contacted the customer service. They did respond and said that it takes time for it to work. Total bull. I still have to scrub the toilets. This is a complete waste of money and a scam.

I should have checked here first.

I should have checked here first.

I have three toilets, so I purchased three Krazy Klean magnets. I'm a chemist and I should have known better.

I scrubbed all three toilet bowls and tanks. Carefully placed the magnets in the tanks. Within two months, mineral deposits began to appear as rings in the bowls. I sent an email almost three weeks ago, and I have still not heard back from the company.

I am tempted to dismantle one and see exactly what they claim can attract those ionized minerals?

Bottom line. Save your money. Invest in a pumice stone and some elbow grease. They don't work.

UPDATED This company takes your money quickly…

Update, they did respond and because it took, I guess so long to respond, did not require me to return. I’m satisfied with the resolution.

This company takes your money quickly for a product. They do not respond to emails and the facebook page the do not respond either. They only will respond if asking to Buy! I had another friend inquiry and they had an immediate response. At this rate I’m going to have to contact my credit card company!

Krazy Klean not working

Very disappointed with this product. The toilet bowel ring continues to appear over the span of approximately 3 weeks just the same as without the Krazy Klean product.

Don't fall for the hype like we did / Caution about "10-year warranty"

We bought a bundle of KrazyKlean expecting they would work as advertised.
------------
Manufacturer claims:
" Krazy Klean’s Hydro-Mineral Magnet Technology deactivates the ability of minerals in water to stain or scale before they enter the tank and bowl keeping it stain and scale-free permanently. Just drop the capsule in the tank and you’re done! "

NOTHING could be further from our experience. We installed them in our toilet water tanks with fully cleaned toilet bowls and scale, stains started to form as they had been before we installed the product. It's as if nothing changed.

When we emailed them for a return/refund - we got this explanation:
"Krazy Klean is a simple technology that cannot fundamentally malfunction. As long as the magnets inside are working, the product is working."

We are still fighting this absurd customer service response given that they also claim you can return the merchandise as per the website:
---------------------
Can I return my order?
" Yes, happiness is guaranteed! You can return your order for any reason. To return your product, email us at _________. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. "

We have septic tanks and well water and despite cleaning the toilet bowls ahead of time, this product didn't change any of the scale and stain behaviors that accumulate in our toilet bowls after installation.

BUYER BEWARE - PRODUCT DOESN'T WORK!

The product doesn't work as advertised. They claim you can ditch your scrubber brush forever. NO SCRUBBING is what the website claims! That is not the case. I have had mine in the toilets for 1 month and my toilets need scrubbing! They say the product has a 10 year warranty and 30 day guarantee, but then they expect me to return the product and pay the shipping expense when they have falsely advertised their product! SHAM!

Very disappointed with this product. Wast of money. This left dark ring around the toilets and left dark fragments in the toilet tank. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND, it’s a RIPOFF!

the mold is gone

I still have to clean my toilet but only half as much and it's not very dirty. The best thing is; I've have had it for almost a year and I realized I haven't had any mold in my bathroom in a longtime. I sprayed the groat in the shower every couple weeks. Now, I haven't had to spray it for months an unexpected plus. Thanks

I have 3 bathrooms in my house when I saw this product I thought that this would be a good product for me to use since I have those stains that comes from hard water. I bought 3 and truthfully on the 3rd day I could see The stains forming and every since then I have been using the same stuff I use before I bought this product. It does not work, keep your money. The product is still in there and I am still having to clean all 3 of them over and over. I don't ever write reviews but didn't want anyone else to go through the same thing that I am with a 3 pack

Our toilet actually got worse with these. I opened one up and it was just magnets made from something that doesn't rust. The magnets were clean after almost a year in the tank but the tank had a ring of floating black stuff. Threw them away.

I would give zero stars if I was able to. Ipurchased 2 of the Krazy Kleans believing their hype but to my dismay they don't work. I'm still scrubbing the rings in my toilets. It cost me $67 for duds. I am extremely disappointed and would like my money back!

This works great at eliminating mineral rings. I had difficulty getting the minerals rings removed. The pumice stone didn’t even work. Ended up using a knife. After putting the KrazyKlean magnets in, I’ve had almost no rings. Every once in a a while a light ring appears, but it’s easily removed with a toilet brush.

Krazyklean Took My Money, But Only Sent 1/3 Of Order

I deserve a refund of $273.I mistakenly ordered three boxes of three items of Krazyklean Pro (rather than ONE box at a cost of $99). I paid through PayPal. I did received ONE box of Krazyklean, but at a cost of $372 I should have received THREE boxes of three items at that price. I deserve at refund of $273 OR another two boxes. PayPal has CLOSED my case with KrazyKlean with no resolution. Based on the reviews I am seeing now, I want the $273 refunded to me.

It just doesn't work. I still need to clean the bowl. At first I would see "legs" like on a wine glass in my toilet. Have had it for 3 months. Now nothing. Waste of money.
