My second order of two units were defective. No sign of the blue water like the original. I've asked for replacements or a refund. All I get back is "We suggest removing pre-existing stains from the bowl with a pumice stone, which we’d be happy to send you at no cost to you.

Does your toilet tank contain scale?
If so, you can either:

1. Allow Krazy Klean will need to clear out the scale over time before being able to prevent scale in your toilet.
2. Clean out the existing scale with a pumice stone and then Krazy Klean will start preventing scale in your toilet right away!"

I replied that I don't have a problem with scale or staining, just want two replacement units. I got the same response back.

Does NOT prevent mineral buildup in your toilet.
I am still cleaning my toilet 3-4x a week.
HUGE WASTE OF MONEY!

I took Krazy Klean out of the tank and put it in a Ziploc bag to return it. I also tried to return the product with their Happiness Guarantee, I emailed them several times and they just argued with me and they refused to give me a refund! Now after seeing all the bad reviews, I'm going to stop being mad and just throw it away as lesson learned.
From now on, I only buy items from Amazon - because aa least there - If I have a problem, I can return it.

Zero stars if I could. My toilets were white. After placing these “KrazyKlean” products in the tanks, my bowls now have a dark rust like stain where the water enters the bowl from the tank. And the tank has a beautiful circular black stain right where the Krazy Klean was. It caused rust and damage. These products are trash

They make you pay return shipping to return this as well.

Absolute waste of money. It does nothing to keep your toilet bowl clean does not do anything that the add claims. Save your money and time.

The module did not have any kind of magnets on the inside. It had tablets like the regular toilet bowl tablets when inserted in my commode. it floated interfering with the workings of the flushing mechanism. Causing the toilet to run continuously many times before I removed the device. It also has already melted completely on the inside and it’s empty so it’s not gonna last 10 years overall I do not think this product is worth the money that I paid at the official website where I ordered it is also not effective the commodities as explained as it would’ve been if I just put tablets in like I have been using at lesser price overall not happy with this product. Don’t think it’s worth the hype that’s going on with it. Definitely think that it is not a good product and if not do what it’s saying it will thank you Susan Qualls

The company should discontinue selling this item. I purchased 4 (Aug 2025) and have waited to see if any changes. This is a big scam. It does not work as shown in their videos. SBA and BBB should look into this company and their product. Its a marketing scheme providing fraudulent information on their product. Going back to using a brush and chemicals which has never let me down. SO DISAPPOINTED!

I was another sucker who paid $100 for 3. I cleaned my toilets before putting them in the tank and every toilet with in two weeks had a ring around the water line. I would say it’s a big rip off! I thought because they were so costly they must work……stupid on my part!

I paid over $100. for 2 Krazy Klean units for my toilets. Toilets were clean to start with but they did not stay clean. Can’t get in touch with them. The Craziest thing about it is the crazy people like me that fall for such a bogus invention.

I was so excited to try this product; however, what a huge waste of money and disappointment. If I could rate this a zero, I would. Did not WORK and I wouldn't waste my time or money.

I purchased 4 of these. What a colossal waste of money. I admit it. I was scammed, just like everyone else. So sad that there are companies like this out there scamming people. I need to go to TrustPilot BEFORE I buy something….obviously. Lesson learned.

Krazy Klean say "to return your product, you should send an email to THEIR INFO EMAIL" I have sent four emails and still have not received a response.

This does not work at all it's the worst piece of garbage ever advertised do not waste your money is a total scam

I purchased three of these let them know prior to my 30 days it did not work they sent something to add to it still seemed it was dirter quicker had a film in tank and toliet let them know they said pack them up and send thrm back me paying to ship back that wasnt going to happen i wasted enough money on this junk. Dont waste your money on this junk and they dont back their product.

At first it seemed to work well. It’s now been a month and the mold dark spots are starting to come back. Very disappointed.
