Workers Compensation sucks. Let's face it, regardless of the situation, it is quite a burden for the injured party, but by getting yourself an attorney by the name Dave Magaldi, your life will be much better instantly. This gentleman not only took the time to check in on me, he answered every question in terms that were easy to understand and fought for me every step of the way. If you need a workers comp attorney, do yourself a huge favor and call him. I cannot say enough good things about him. The workers compensation system is against you from the start but by hiring Dave Magaldi, it turned out so much better then I thought it would be. Thank you Dave!!

Last year. I had an injury at work. The insurance company wouldn't pay me workman's comp, yet they were paying my medical bills. Kind of strange wouldn't you say? I contacted KK&O and was directed to Attorney Sue Henry. After dealing with attorneys, for the last 20 years, Mrs. Henry restored my faith! This wonderful woman even provided me with her personal cell phone number to contact her at any time!!!! (yes any time) If I had any questions, she would always return my call or send me a text. if she was in depositions or court!! This attorney and her staff, never missed a beat!
I can not say enough about my attorney, her attitude, willingness to help, her listening ability, and most of all her ability to convey information to the client, was second to none!!!! She would inform me about the proceedings in the court, where my case would go next, and never lied or told a fib about what would happen next!
I knew every step of the way, and where we were going next!
The ability of my attorney was second to none! She was an experienced attorney, who made getting through this ordeal, bearable!
I can not thank KK&O and Sue Henry enough for the excellent representation regarding my case against a former employer!
KK&O and Attorney Henry, gave me a piece of mind, and restored dignity to my family and I. We can not say "thank you" enough for the help we recieved!!!!!
