Krale had the pellet gun I was looking for in stock. There was only a 3 day wait for delivery coming from Europe to east coast United States. Very fair price!!

Regarding product, as expected from cz excelent product with very high quality. Regarding shop in krale site no issue and good as expected. Regarding delivery, very bad and this is why I have only 3 stars. The UPS did not went to my house to delivery de package, but, send me an email and SMS saying that has been in my house and that nobody answer. I have a video vigilance in my house and reviewed all video footage of that day and the guy didn't went there neither de UPS truck had been in my street. After that I had to do 10km journey to retrieve my package. Very bad.

The service from order to delivery (EU to Uk) was as prompt as if ordered in UK. An extensive range of air gunning pellets/slugs etc coupled with excellent value and outstanding service make Krale a delight to do business with. The Weihrauch HW50 S completes my trio, alongside my HW30S and HW98 Match. I am extremely happy with this purchase. I cannot thank Krale enough for their support; they promptly notified me when the HW50 was back in stock. I placed my order on a Tuesday evening, and it arrived in Hampstead, NC, by Friday morning—an incredible delivery speed from Staphorst, Netherlands. Even with international shipping and import fees, the total cost was significantly lower than purchasing from US-based airgun retailers. Based on my research, this purchase should also qualify for a tariff and cost rebate. Highly recommended!

Too high shipping costs. for some items too high price. On other side - fast shipping, vast collection. But not exhaustively.

Ordered items from Krale in the Netherlands. There were some delays with getting the items, but they kept me informed all through the process.

This was under Trump tariffs v1.0 so I had to pay those fees to the shipper. I still haven't gotten my refund yet.

But absolutely no issues with Krale themselves.
