Not impressed
Not impressed with the branding & fit of this item. Was expecting a branding patch & name on the shackle as in pictures but there is nothing. Also the description says it is supplied with a second shackle but there was nothing. I ordered based on my wrist circumference as instructed but the bracelet is way too big. It is almost like it is a cheap market copy!

The screw has come loose after having been tightened with a pair of pliers (due to the same thing happening with the original screw). At £6 per screw, feeling a bit screwed.

Excellent customer service
I contacted this company about an exchange after ordering the wrong size (my fault, not theirs!). They responded quickly, were very accommodating, and even despatched a replacement before receiving the original back. Delivery was fast on both occasions. Excellent customer service. Would definitely buy from them again.

I ordered a bracelet in mid Febuary
I ordered a bracelet in mid Febuary. Unfortunately it did not arrive so I contacted the support team. I received a very quick response by Ed who after making sure the address was correct sent a replacement which arrived in a few days.
Brilliant response. I would recommend and use again.

Problem sorted , first rate
I lost my bracelet as the clasp must have come undone.
Replaced and gave me a second one as well.
