No Door Installed!
I am extremely disappointed with my recent Kraft Maid cabinet purchase. A utility cabinet was delivered to my home without a door attached. Even more troubling, there was a factory label inside the cabinet indicating that it was knowingly shipped unfinished.
It is unacceptable for a manufacturer to ship incomplete products and rely on installers to correct factory deficiencies. In my case, the installers from The Home Depot had to resolve an issue that should never have left the Kraft Maid facility.
This practice shifts the burden onto installers and customers, causing unnecessary delays and frustration. When premium cabinetry is purchased, customers expect finished, quality-controlled products — not factory shortcuts.
I urge Kraft Maid to improve its quality control standards and stop allowing incomplete cabinets to leave the factory.
